Genre: Si-fi, dystopian, Horror
Idea: In a dystopian world there are people who begin disappearing, which becomes more frequent. when they wake they learn that they have these powers ( like psychological powers, teleport, flight, ETC), and in these stone cells. there are these people in white lab coats that walk up and down these concrete halls or stand guard at some cells. at one point these large creatures with human-like appearances start causing mayhem and some of the imprisoned and scientists either escape or die. the surviving imprisoned soon find out that the scientist was experimenting on them and that the monsters are people that were experimented on and didn't have a special gene that the survivors have and so the chemical that was given to the monsters mutated them.
Other details:
-one of the scientists helps the survivors escape and/or released the monsters
-the survivors could either try to stop the scientists or just run off and go into hiding
-the imprisoned could maybe not remember who they used to be (name, age, ETC)
