The next day, Mirae's eyes searched for him.
" Damn those Park siblings are popular. Look at people drooling over them" Yungsuk says looking over to some fan boys.
" Jay-ah, I like you" we hear a girl say as we shift our attention to their table.
" Do-do I know you?" He asks while the girl has tears forming in her eyes.
" But we met in the bar, you told me that I was attractive " she says sobbing a little.
"I meet alot of girls daily that I find attractive, how am I supposed to remember you? Anyway,I am sorry that you thought I liked you. I dont return the same feelings as you do so." He says as the girl runs away.
" Jay you gotta just stop flirting with anyone" Sunghoon says as we all divert our attention to our own table.
" another girl just got rejected by him. Damn his flirty nature and that sexc face" Chaelin says slamming her chopsticks in the table slightly.
" if you guys are wondering, yes tons of girls confess to him. They think he likes them but actually he is just really flirty. I mean atleast he is polite when rejecting" Chaelin continues as silence hugs our table.
' Lee Mirae,what were you even thinking? He? THE PARK JONGSEONG? Why would he ever find u cute ' Mirae tells herself as she let's out a sigh.
Jay looks over the whole cafeteria as his eyes land on the girl.
" Jake,isnt she the girl we met yesterday?" He asks staring at the girl.
" I dont really remember" Jake replies truthfully.
" or maybe not? Was I too out of mind yesterday?" Jay says as he is still looking at the girl slowly admiring her features.
The girl had a sudden aura around her which made Jay curious. He thought ,' how long has it been since a girl had made him feel like this? ' to be honest, no girl had made him feel so different.
This was a new and he must say a very exciting feeling. He smirks as he drinks his coffee unknown to how addicted he is going to be with the girl and her presence.
●●●●●●●●●● The long day had come to an end as Mirae heads over to the restaurant.
Cleaning up the tables with disinfectant someone calls out her name. "Mirae- yah can u once control the lower floor? Its getting busy down there" Jihoon tells her as she agrees.
She goes down stairs to be greeted by a busy crowd. At the end of the room she felt someone staring as she turns her head to the direction.
To her surprise it was no one, it was just enhypen with some girls. Like always, she thinks as she goes to table 6 .
" What is this? I asked for chicken meat,not beef" A very drunk man,who looks almost 25 shouts at her.
She opens the tablet and checks the table's order. " but it says beef right here sir" Mirae replies. " then you must have heard it wrong" The man spits.
There is nothing in this world which Mirae hates as much as people who get defensive over their lies. Looking dead into the man's eyes, she says,
" you must have said it wrong,sir" empathising the 'sir'
" this bitch, who are you to argue with me" the man gets angrier.
" A bitch that has some knowledge, you asshole." She replies raising her voice a little.
On the other side of the pub, Jay's eyes had been fixed on her since she stepped in the room. Watching the scene unfold, he found it hilarious at first but as the man spoke more he got irritated.
He realizes the drunk man had almost sneakily grabbed the soju bottle at his back. Jay wasted no time to walk over to the man as he grabs the soju bottle out of his hands.
Jay was kind of furious, which was surprising since he was never the type to get violent when angry. He felt like he lost his chill as he tries to hit the other guy with the bottle.
As he was about to hit him,he realizes the girl flinched . He slowly puts down the soju bottle as he chuckles and says
" Watch out for yourself man, don't show us your ego problems and make something out of nothing here"
The girl was visibly shocked by the incident.
" You ok?" He asks as she nods. " you gotta see what's behind everything too, 𝒄𝒖𝒑𝒄𝒂𝒌𝒆" He continues while smiling,finding the girl cute.
He bows down to her height as he pats her head before walking out of the scene. Again,leaving the girl surprised as hell.
