My Foreign Affair

Introduction

I'm Diana Guhocksvi. I have 2 brothers ( Joseph Jr. - 25 and Khole - 27), 3 sisters ( Khatrina-15, Vanessa-20, and Julianaa-20), a mother (Lianna-56), and a father (Joseph-61).I am the 2nd youngest out of all six children. And that kind of leads me to my next explanation.
I come from a family of which the father shall choose a husband for his daughter on her nineteenth birthday. Yet, when the male wants to get married, he chooses his own bride at whatever age he wants. Though I forget the name of my religion, I remember that it ruins lives.
About 3 months ago, we moved to Delaware in the United States because we wanted to be around other people. People that weren't exactly like us. Who wants to be surrounded by people who can choose their own bride/groom whenever they want knowing that you can't? Hah, not me.
And with that being said, it's important to inform you that today is my nineteenth birthday, the day my father chooses who will be my life long husband. The day my life turned upside down...
