"Good morning, gorgeous," Dylan sang to me. I slept in his bed preparing myself for what I'd be doing until the end after the next seven days. It wasn't that bad the first time around besides the fact that he takes up most of the bed and even if you're on the edge, he tends to make you want to scoot even further away from him. His snoring makes you think there is a dying pig in your room. How many pigs do you know that takes nine hours to die? But I jerked myself out of that mood and put on my most believable smile.
"Good morning. What's the agenda for the day?"
"Well, I wanted to just show you around our home and just relax for the rest of the day. Is that alright?"
It, honestly, wasn't. I understand he wants me to know my way around, but to make that the only thing we do the first day we have all day together. I'm a hopeless romantic type of girl. If he wants me, he needs to do romantic things for me. But I sucked it up and said, "Yea, that's fine."
"Great! I'm going to go take a shower and find an outfit. But I'm going all casual today. Suits aren't really my thing." Five minutes later, I heard the shower water start.
For a while, I just sat there thinking about how I'm going to get out of this boring day. But when I couldn't think of anything, I just rummaged through the closet to find a casual outfit for the day.
Then, I was startled by a deep, sexy voice. "Oh, I forgot to tell you," Dylan smirked. "Don't put your clothes on just yet. I want to use my new toys on you." And then, he disappeared.
Use his toys on me, I think I knew what that meant and it wasn't about to happen. I don't know what planet he came from, but the one I came from bands my religion from sex on the second day of meeting.
I didn't know what I was going to do besides leave, I just knew I had to leave. I needed some fresh air, a walk in the park, a place to think. I found a red shirt and some ripped up jeans. I threw those on real fast and slid out the door just as the shower turned off. I casually walked down the stairs so his parents wouldn't suspect anything.
"Good morning, Miss Diana," Haunze greeted. "Where are you going this early in the morning?"
"Morning, Haunze," I greeted back. "Dylan started his shower and came back in the room to tell me that he wanted to use his toys on me. So I'm leaving. I'm not ready, Haunze. I'm just not ready. But if his parents ask, tell them I went for my morning jog. Please."
"Alright, Miss Diana. But I can't promise they won't eventually find out."
"Thank you so much, Haunze. I owe you one." And out the door I ran. I ran until the house was out of sight, which isn't as far as it sounds.
I ended up stopping at a park a few blocks down. A sign read 'Welcome to Pet City, where any pets are allowed.' I looked up to see what kind of crazy pets there might be since any pets are allowed. There were cats and dogs all breeds, colors, sizes, and shapes. I don't mean like triangles and squares. I mean like fat and skinny. There were turtles, hamsters, and other pets I've never seen.
I decided to sit down on a bench at the front of the park because I didn't come with a pet.
