Chapter 7: Escape Plan

"Did you gather everyone up Lux?" I asked 20 minutes later.

"Yup, I told everyone in groups of three to meet us in the watering cave at different times and on different days. Today we have to organize how we tell everyone. I told Aloe, Lusic Caelum, and Sericum Caelo to come tomorrow because it'll be easier to tell all the disabled dragons at the same time."

"Next group should be K'rov, Horizon, and Alvum Meris. Then Permafrost, Honey, and Nox Mare. did you tell them yet?"

"Yes, but i never told them a day. I only planned the disabled ones."

"Ok, well the next group should be Luto Ploviam, Caelo, and Lux Noctis. That should take four days, no more. Go tell group two. Serici, do you think you can tell group three? I'll tell the last group. Does that sound like a plan?"

"Yeah, I guess it works," Serici said. "But what about everyone else here? Won't they need to escape?"

"Yes, but we need to make sure we can get at least a third of the school out without anyone noticing. If we can manage that, then we can get everyone out in groups. But we still have one problem. Even if we can find the exit, we still have to make it past Xyra. She's a guard keeping anyone from escaping and entering. So if we're gonna break out, I'll be the last one to escape. I'll leave with 2 groups. If I get caught there isn't much they can do, and there will still be you two. And even if they do manage to find out what we're doing, it'll most likely be too late. When is the next group coming?" I had said too much at that moment. They couldn't know any of my secrets. If they find out about- my thoughts were interrupted by Serici.

"When is the disabled group coming? And who's going to lead them Trop'?"

"I'll take care of the disabled ones. You choose a group you want to lead. Then I'll get the lux to choose a group. I'll take the last 3. I know this seems risky, but it can be done."

"But what about finding the exit? And then taking care of the guard!?"

"When i came here, no one was guarding the entrance cave, so i don't think she guards at night. But the queen was there. And she has so many powers.we need at least a week to plan ahead. I'll find the exit cave slash entrance cave today. You go tell the next group. Lux, Go tell the group I assigned you to tell as well, ok?"

"On it. I had no idea you could be such a leader Tropical!" he said and ran off.
