Okinawa is one the part in the world, where you will find the oldest and longest living human beings.
I was so fascinated while reading this book, there were many secrets shared for a long and happy life.

Some of the secrets I will be sharing it to you all!!

So it is very interesting to hear that in Okinawa they live a very simple and happy life. I was so amazed while Reading about these Okinawa people.

From the beginning of once life they had been taught to follow a discipline and timetable which includes regular exercise and consumption of green tea regularly.

Secondly, I was so mesmerised to know that, there are so many old age peoples with the age of 90s and plus lives there without any diseases or problem. 

There daily schedule includes more of physical activities like we can say almost every person living in that area Hazard has a hobby of gardening they do it on regular and daily basis.
In Okinawa no one gets retired. That means after their completion of work they do not sit at home rather they continue to work till the last day of their breath this may also be the reason of their long and healthy lives

No one in that area is suffering from heart disease cancer Etcetra.

Also I want to let you know about one amazing fact that in Okinawa in each and every restaurant they served the food at different plates and bowls which consist of small quantities of food by this way, the whole table is occupied with food looks there are varieties of food and at last only 80% of their hunger gets satisfied
The same rules is being followed in their home also.
From starting they all has a tendency to eat in small small quantities and keep their stomach 80% full 20% empty that's why they are very fit and healthy

Also they add a variety of foods in their meal which includes 80% of green veggies and fruits. Also these fruits and vegetables have seven varieties included and they don't eat sugar at all.

Nowadays  for entertainment purpose we all have our own television mobile phones etcetera but in Okinawa if they want to get themselves entertained their favourite activities to go and meet their friends sit with them talk to them by this way they feel very relaxed

They all live as a community and has a feeling of brotherhood among them to celebrate it further they have their own system of depositing money on regular basis so that anyone of them can use the money as and when required. Such as during the marriage.  And as a result, they feel very relaxed and stressed out as they know they had each others back

So the main Moto behind this Book says like we all have our own Ikigai
guys in our lifes we all have our own Ikigai which is hidden we need to acknowledged it to live a long and happy life

So the question which strikes at our mind is how we a individuals get to know about our ikigai?

So let me explain it to you, the ikigai is or can be anything
if someone likes to read then he or she may read it continuously without any time boundation as they like it by heart and move on with the flow
Likewise, if someone likes dance then he or she can dance without feeling tired or exhausted because it is there Ikagai

Similarly, you can also get to know about your Ikigai

Whatever you do you, do with the flow!

This book also says that you can't do multitasking and follow the rule of doing single work at a time

They follow the rule of go slow and not to do anything in hurry And live in a moment.

Japan  follow all the rules and work with the flow which is their Ikigai.
