The next day Izuku was helping Nejire, Uraraka and Tsuyu deal with some thugs.
"Okay Deku, you and Uravity split up search that alley. We'll meet up again in an hour back at the agency."Nejire said.
They both nodded.
Izuku and Uraraka both walked down the alley.
"Hey Uraraka." Izuku said.
"Yes?!" Uraraka said
"Thanks, again for what you did." Izuku said.
"N-No seriously. Its just what what friends do." Izuku said.
"Yeah I just want to show my gratitude." Izuku said.
The two then dealt with any thugs that they went back to the agency.
The two sat outside the agency and waited for Nejire and Tsuyu to return.
"We're a bit early, aren't we? I wish we were inside the warmth of indoors." Izuku said while shivering in the cold.
"Y-Yeah same." Uraraka blushed.
"Hey deku, can I tell you something." Uraraka said.
"Yeah" He said bluntly.
"Well I- I- I've always um-"
She's then cut off by a door opening behind them.
"Hey you two it's very cold out here. You guys can wait inside." Ryuko said.
The two then went inside and waited. Izuku went to the bathroom.
"Um Ms Ryuko, Um I have a request."
"Sure go ahead." Ryuko said.
"Well, can you team deku up with someone else." Uraraka said while looking away
"He didn't do anything did he?" Ryuko asked
"No, Deku would never do something like that. He's just so amazing so if um it's just well I think it be better if we were teamed with others." Uraraka said.
Ryuko thought about it. "Ok if that's what you think is best I'll assign him somewhere else for the remainder of the day." She said.
"Thanks for this and I'm sorry." She said.
Ryuko nodded.
Time skip: An hour and a half.
"Well this was strange." Izuku thought.
He had been assigned to someone else. As Ryuko stated she didn't want to put to much pressure on Nejire by making her watch over 3 other heroes but then why was he patrolling the streets with Ryuko herself.
"Um can you explain why I'm with you? Not that I have a problem with that of course it's just that well I'm just a little confused." Izuku frantically said.
"Well I didn't want to put too much pressure on Nejire and there wasn't other heroes who were suited to deal with quirks like yours. So I decided I'd take you on myself." Ryuko said. She had to lie about Uraraka wanting to move from Izuku to not start any tension between the two.
The two patrolled for a while until Izukus stomach began to growl.
"Wanna get something to eat. Its my treat." Ryuko said
"Oh uh sure. But I don't want you paying for me. I can pay." Izuku said.
Ryuko smirked at his comment. They both then got some ramen to eat.
"This is the best ramen I've ever had. You've got great taste." Izuku said with a smile so great it could cause world peace.
"Well I'll have to treat you again sometime." Ryuko said.
