Chapter 14 (happy birthday)

Michael was giving me a tour around the house so I knew where everything was
"Maybe we can go in here later" Michael smiled as we both approached the pool
"Yeah that would be fun" I smiled too

Then we walked past the pool
"Let's go to the other side of the house" he spoke and grabbed my hand
We walked on a pathway that led to the other side, me and Michael walked along the path and I looked around, there was a wall on one side and trees on the other, plenty of privacy and no one around.

I stoped walking which caused Michael to stop walking too, he turned to me and frowned
"Everything alright?" He asked confused
I smirked "yeah" I looked around again "so much privacy here, and we're alone" I looked back at Michael

He chuckled and walked closer to me
"Well let's take advantage of it" he smirked grabbing my hips pushing me against the wall and holding his body close to mine, he began to kiss my lips and I quickly responded kissing him back, my lips agent his felt like fireworks going off, and I will say....my lips weren't the only thing tingling, and I knew for sure I wasn't the only one feeling this type of way since I felt Michaels bulge slowly grow agents my stomach.

-next day-

I was in bed and rolled onto my back, then when I opened my eyes I smiled at Michael, he looked so peaceful when he was sleeping, so cute, so precious

I rubbed my eyes and relished today was Katharine's birthday, I get out of bed and grabbed something to wear, I then walked over to the bathroom and got dressed.

After I left the bathroom I noticed Michael was moving around groaning and stretching
I walk over to him and kiss his forehead, soon after he opened his eyes and smiled
"Good morning baby" he smiled
"Morning, how did you sleep" I sat on the edge of the bed and stroked his hair
"Y-yeah fine, just had a dream"

"About?"
"Umm I can't really remember" he looked down at my body "you look nice" he smiled
"Thanks" I smiled bitting my bottom lip

It was silent

I sighed "well I'm going to go tell Katharine happy birthday" i smiled getting up from the bed
"I'll be out soon, tell her please"
"Sure" I leaned down and gave him a kiss then left the room and walked down the hall till I got to the kitchen where I saw Katharine and joe

"Hello sweetheart" Katharine said when she noticed me
"Hello Katharine, happy birthday" I smiled leaning in for a hug
"Oh you're so sweet, thank you sweet"

Soon after we pulled from the hug "you get more beautiful every day" I smiled
"Your the sweetest, how's my son? Is he awake?" She asked

"Yeah, he'll be here soon he's just getting ready"
"Thanks darling, would you like a cup of tea? Coffee"
I smiled "I'll make a cup of tea soon"

"Oh no darling, I'll make it"
"You don't have to do that"
"I insist" she smiled and grabbed a cup from the cubbed and began to make the tea
"Thanks Katharine"

I turned and smiled at joe "good morning"
He looked at me with no emotion, he cleared his thought "Morning" soon after he walked away, I have the feeling that he doesn't like me very much...

-Later-

"Here's your tea sweetheart" she approached me and gave me the cup of tea I thank her and we sat down on the couch waiting for Michael and everyone else to wake up

"Mother?" I heard Michaels voice coming from down the hall, he noticed us sitting on the couch and approached with a smile, he was wearing a moron Button up shirt and black slacks, we were kinda matching.
"Oh my darling boy, how are you" Katharine smiled getting up and hugged him
"I'm great mother, happy birthday! I love you!" Michael smiled and hugged her tightly
"I love you too son"

Me Katharine and Michael were sitting on the couch talking until everyone else woke up, when everyone was here, Michael was talking to his brothers and Katharine and I was talking to Janet

"Where did you get those pants from girl?"
"Fashion nova" I giggled
"I need to get some" she laughed

"I actually have two pair's of these if you want one"
"Wait are you sure"
"Yeah, I'm sure they will fit you, let's go" I smiled and got up from the couch, Janet did the same

Then Michael spoke "where are you two going?" He smiled
"Just to go try on some clothes" I replied
"Ok, have fun" Michael chuckled and then went back to talking

Me and Janet entered my room and I opened the closet looking for the pants
"They should np be around her somewhere.... ah got it" I grabbed the pants and handed them to Janet
"Here girl, go try these on"
"Thank you!" She smiled then walked into the bathroom excitedly

I sat on the bed waiting

Later on Janet came out of the bathroom with the pants on, she did a little twirl and smiled
"What you think?"
I whistle "Woohooo! Sexy!" I giggled

My response caused her to laugh
"Keep them, they look great"

"Wow thanks!"

-That night-

"Time for cake!" Jermaine yelled coming out from the kitchen with a box in his hand, everyone gathered around the table and Katharine sat down, everyone began to sing
"Happy birthday day to you, happy birthday to you......"

After the song Katharine cut the cake and everyone took a piece including me, I gave Katharine a hug and then I approach a wall and leaned my back against it eating the cake, soon after Michael approached me and leaned his shoulder against the wall facing me

"do you like it?" He asked
"Yeah it's delicious" I smiled
He chuckled " no I mean, do you like it here"
"Oh" I laughed "yeah, I'm really enjoying myself, everyone is so nice, but I don't think joe likes me that much"
"Don't worry about him, that's just the way he is"
I smiled at him then continued eating the cake.
And for the rest of the day we celebrated Katharine birthday

...

It was a cold night and me and Michael were getting ready for bed
I got under the blanket covers but it was still freezing
"Michael would you mined getting another blanket, it's freezing"

"Sure, I'll go get one" he said as he sat on the edge of the bed while taking his boots off
He then got up and left the room.

When he walked back in he placed the blanket over the bed then got in
It was silent for a while but he spoke

"You know, in my family we call a blanket a blessing"
"A blessing?"
"Yeah, I'm not sure where it came from but we call it a blessing" he smiled
"I like that" I smiled back

"Come here" he pulled me in closer and I dug my face in his chest while he wrapped his arm around me tightly and softly rubbed my back

I felt so relaxed in his arms, like nothing could hurt me, all my bad memories vanished. I felt safe.
