First, you need to do a mating call, like screeching the Star-Spangled Banner whenever he or she is in hearing range.
Then, after you've captivated them with your lovely mating call, you should glance over that them often. I suggest wiggling your eyebrows alluringly, as it gives a mysterious air to you. If they stare back, you can go onto step three. If not, retry step one until they do.
Finally, once they're notified of their presence, you can follow them everywhere, and wink at them often until they love you.
