Hot tears spewed from my eyes, but i quickly dismissed them. Standing up, I stuck the test back into the wrapper and the wrapper in the box. I washed my face and left the bathroom. Going to my room I sat on the edge of the bed and grabbed my phone, unlocking it I i called my older brother Taurus. We stayed on the phone for nearly 20 minutes. He told me that he'd be over to pick me up in an hour. Taurus instructed me to bring a suitcase full of clothes and other personal items that I'd need because I'd be staying with him for some time.
After doing what he told me i sat all my stuff at the door. I took a shower and slipped on some high waisted ripped jeans, a white cami, a pink north face, and my floral vans. There wasn't much i could do with my hair in the allotted time so, i just threw my hood on tied it and sat downstairs on the couch.
I fiddled with my fingers and began crying again. " Stop crying you stupid bitch," i thought to myself. I breathed heavily and wiped my eyes aggressively with my fingers. Sighing i went in the kitchen for a wet paper towel to wipe my face when my phone began ringing.
"He-llo." i said catching my breath.
"Ari unlock the door," Taurus said
"Aight," I said hanging up the phone.
Wiping my face as i walked to the door i unlocked the door I seen Taurus standing there staring down at me.
"The fuck is you lookin' at me like that for?!" i said nastily to him.
"Aires that's not how you talk to somebody when they doin' something to help yo dumbass." he said to me.
I looked down wringing my wrists. "S-orr-y." i said getting choked up.
"Don't be sorry Ari be careful," Taurus said in a warning tone.
With that he began grabbing my things. "Go sit in the car," he said. I did as i was told. The cool of the leather seats seeped through my jeans. I watched as Taurus loaded my pink Nike duffel bag full of shoes, my pink suitcase full of clothes, and a garbage bag full of personal items. Taurus got in the car and slammed the door. I was so tired of his damn attitude.
"Yo what the fuck dude whats this stank ass attitude for?" i said nastily
"Ari-" he said stopping and clenching his jaw.
"Don't Ari me i asked a question now ANSWER ME!" i yelled. Taurus remained silent. I could see the anger and disappointment in his face. His slanted hazel eyes filled with rage. I drew in a sharp breath and breathed out slowly.
"Ta-" I began.
"Aries," he said again warningly. I took that as my cue to chill. I sat back in my seat, laid my head on the cold window and drifted off into a troubled sleep.
I woke up on my own to see that we were still driving.
"Bro where we at?" I questioned looking up at him. His demeanor changed and he looked chilled.
"I gotta stop by Chop's real quick then we finna head in." he said.
"Who is Chop?" i asked innocently.
"My boss now stop asking questions," he stated. I rolled my eyes and pulled out my phone and my earphones. I untangled them, turned on some music and drifted off to sleep once again.
"Ariess!" my brother shouted over my music. I woke with a start.
" What?" i asked annoyed
"I'm bouta go talk to Chop. Lock the doors and stay here." he said. I rolled my eyes and nodded.
10 minutes later he emerged from the house. "I'm hungry," I said to him once he got in the car.
"Girl I'm not bouta stop for no food i got food at the crib, you can eat when we get there." he said to me like he was my momma.
"What the fuck ever dude." i mumbled
"You talkin' shit?" he asked
"Na," i said. With that he peeled out the driveway. About an hour later we arrived at his house. We sat in the car for some time silence clouded the car. I unlocked the door to get out and sighed.
This was the beginning of the END.
