[The episode starts with a nice view of the cosmos, swirly pink gases with many star clusters in the view, a Prismosapien with a teal and silver color scheme and wearing an outfit with matching colors appeared]

Zemerik:Welcome, explorers and omni-planetary travelers! I'm your guide and narrator of this humble little "documentary", the name's Zemerik! Today, we're going to a planet that's surely familiar to all of you viewers.

[The scene changes to the Mily Way Galaxy, then our Solar System and then Earth]

Zemerik:Terra, or how you earthlings calls it, Earth... Kinda of a lazy name to be honest, it's one of the most infamous planets in the Milky Way Galaxy, it faced many alien invasions, many which failed thanks to the wielder of the Omnitrix... About 29% of Earth's surface is land consisting of continents and islands. The remaining 71% is covered with water, mostly by oceans but also lakes, rivers and other fresh water sources.

[Live action shots of forests, jungle canopies, river, oceans and lakes are shown, alongside small shots of different flora and fauna]

Zemerik:While the Earth is mainly populated by non-sapient life, humans makes their home on the surface. They built huge cities, but they destroyed ecosystems, but of course we don't talk about humans today... But species that they share their ecosystem with... The Liminals.

-Segment I:Lamias & Arachnes-

Zemerik:Due to the huge and diverse amount of Liminals living on the planet talking about all of them would be nearly impossible, so we're gonna talk only about the ones available in the DNA database of the Omnitrix.

[The scene changes to a pretty desertic landscape with what appears to be a village in the background]

Zemerik:Our first stop is in the region you earthlings call Greece and the species we're talking about are none other than Lamias and Arachnes.

[Images of a Lamia and Arachne side by side appears]

Zemerik:Lamias and Arachnes are often described as counterparts by the humans. While Lamias are legless and slither around using their serpentine tails, the Arachnes have the body of a giant arachnid they use for moving around. These two species once were mortal enemies, waging war over food, territory... And reproduction privilege. But due to secret relationships between members, the wars were over.

[The image of the treaty between the Arachnes and Lamias are shown with the chieftains shaking hands]

Zemerik:In present day, Arachne and Lamia villages no longer exists separately, only Arachne-Lamia communities with the respective species pairs living their lifetimes together. Similar to other species of Liminals on the planet, the Arachnes and Lamias have subspecies.

[The Arachne and the Lamia at the beginning of the segment reappear but their subspecies appear by their sides showing the differences between subspecies]

Zemerik:Both species have something in common, they're cold blooded and need high temperatures to work, but not too high in the Arachnes case. Also they are egg-layers, having egg batches up to 7 which they hold in webbing nests produced by the Arachne in the mated pair.

[An image of a mated Arachne/Lamia pair is shown lovingly taking care of their eggs, one even started cracking]

Zemerik:The Lamias' main way of defending themselves including using their tails as whips which can easily crack bones, some subspecies have neurotoxin bites or sharp claws. Both species are exclusively carnivore and have hunting parties sent almost daily, depending of course on the size of the village which is mostly in 3 digit numbers... Hopefully no lamia and arachne saw us, they could easily makes us their next meal or worse, so luckily we'll move to the next Liminal species which luckily doesn't have bone-breaking tails or quick reflexes. Onwards!
