It was a brisk, autumn morning in quiet Battlecreek, Michigan. As the colorful leaves fell from the trees, you could here the cheerful singing of birds, and the distant wail of a siren. Brighton and his mother, Andrea, were walking along a dirt path along with family and friends.

"Mom," he asks, "where are we going?"

"Well baby," she whispers softly, "Kyle had to go. He got hurt,

remember that?" His mother asked. Brighton looked up at her with

his big, bright blue eyes and nodded.

"Yeah. I remember..." he looked from his mother to his feet,  "Kyle

was in the car with daddy, and a man in another car drove fast to them and

they got pushed into the water..."

But that's only half the story. Kyle Faxton and his father, Henry Faxton, we're driving home from Gaylord, Michigan from a wrestling championship. It was getting dark, and they were driving around a series of sharp turns. You could see a beautiful river, it seemed to follow the curves of the road. As they rounded a wide, sharp turn, a pair of blinding headlights were upon them.

The next morning, the news was ablaze with a shocking discovery. They found black Ford in the Kallington River, and a man, whose drivers license told them he was 34 year old Henry Faxton, and a boy that looks to be around 15 years old, who hadn't been identified yet. Andrea, who had been watching the whole thing, fell to the ground in disbelief and a wail of despair that could wake the dead escaped her lips.
