Today I woke up at 6am because in a Japanese culture we all wake up at 6am no matter what but today was a very special day because it was otoshidama.
If you don't know what that is it's when your ajumeoni (aunt) gives you an envelope with money in it as a celebration for new year's.
"Here you go sweetie happy new year's". Said ajumeoni.
"ありがとうございました (thank you)".
By the time I got out of the house it was 8:15 am and I decided to go get boba at a local cafe. Because that's my favorite places to go before work and to also study for school.
" ボバと一緒に小さなカーメルスムージーをもらえますか(small Carmel smoothie with boba)
When I was leaving the boba cafe I saw my boss work into an alley way and I followed him and you will know what I found out.
