'First Day Of High School'

Its the day I leave for America I had an exchange program with Lisa Kembell
I'm originally from South Africa and I'm transferring to America sooo nervous..

'Lathitha wake up the plane will leave you behind and I don't have money to pay for that!!! "that was my mom oh we got a free paid flight from my school so she doesn't want to pay for the next one and I totally understand.

" I'm coming Maa! "I had to hurry in the shower and in 10 minutes I was out of the shower but before the check out time we were there at the airport I waved goodbye as the lady was calling our plane number.

WELL AMERICA HERE I COME

I arrived at it was around midnight in America so I had to call my exchange parents to pick me up from the airport.

I went to the checkout gate and say there waiting and then I saw a board with "lathitha" they spelt my name right I was so happy to finally meet them.

"hey darling sorry we are late" Mrs Kembell was so nice she hugged me and we went to the taxi and went home the ride home was long at Mr Kembell was very friendly also he kept making jokes but I still felt awkward I don't know.

One thing about me is I have almond eyes so I guess people will be surprised to see a black Asian but they learn.

The house was big it was a triple story with two pools and a jacuzzi like whatt!! There were 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms my room was the 3 third one on the 2nd floor it had a large window and the insuit bathroom was tiled sky blue with clouds on the tiles I don't even talk about the bath it was huge. I guess that's enough roaming at 8 tomorrow is school so I slept
