Reading the document again and again because I couldn't believe what I had seen but I had to use it to solve Jimin's case.

"Let's ask him then we will know but we have to remember that he is a suspect for Jimin's case now." Jungkook patted my back.

The surface of the lighter contains the fingerprint of Taehyung. We were on our way to our office and also to interrogate him.

In an interrogation room, the suspect was sitting across from me. He looked calm. It was understandable since he knew the process.

"Mr Kim Taehyung, can you tell me where you are during last night?" I was staring at him to observe his facial expressions to know is he lying or not.

I was not the only one who did that. There were other police detectives who were observing him through the one-way mirror. Yoongi and Jungkook were included in it.

"I was at home with my wife." He answered in a calm tone as I nodded before I pushed the plastic bag that was on the table toward him to show him the black lighter.

"Is this black lighter belongs to you?" Another question by me as he replied a yes. If he said no, I will have to show him the document.

"I lost it yesterday, around 2 in the afternoon. I realised it when I was in the office. I asked some of the colleagues did they see it. You can check the CCTV." Taehyung replied.

"Who were the people you asked that question to them?" I questioned.

"Ju Min and Min Young. You and Jungkook were not at the office during that time or else I will ask you guys about it." He answered.

"Is there anything else you want to say?" I asked.

"I suspected the killer for Jimin's case is among us, among the people in this police station. This will explain why my lighter was missing yesterday in the office and it appeared in the forest where Jimin was killed." He continued. 

"I hope you guys will prove my innocence."

"If Taehyung is the killer, he may go out secretly without his wife knowing." Yoongi told us his opinion during our meeting as we had interrogated his wife.

There are me, Jungkook, Yoongi and 2 other colleagues who were responsible for Jimin's case.

"So, make sure don't exclude him when investigating Jimin's case. He is still a suspect." He said.

"I checked the CCTV of our office. I didn't see the things that Taehyung said during the interrogation just now. Everything was normal." I stated.

The video was too perfect that it was impossible to say that someone edited it.

"So I asked Ju Min and Min Young did they remembered Taehyung asked them about his black lighter and their answer is they are not sure about it." I continued.

Is Taehyung lying or there was a problem with the video? I should check it again.

"If the killer is among us just like what Taehyung have suspected then everything is well planned." Jungkook spoke.

"Let's assume the killer is Yoongi. Since he is the team leader, he can edit the video on that day to make Taehyung becomes a suspect." He continued.

"About Ju Min and Min Young, they probably forget about it. It is understandable because we have a lot of works to do in a day." He looked at Yoongi who was doing the same.

Even though Jungkook just assumed Yoongi is a killer but I could feel his confidence through his tone. Perhaps, I was wrong about it.

"You have a point, Jungkook." Yoongi looked at his phone since it contains the meeting notes. "Then, someone should start to investigate our colleagues include ourselves." He glanced at each of us and stared at me.

"Y/n, can you do it by yourself?" He asked as I nodded and said yes. I thought Jungkook will be the one responsible for it since he mentioned it first.

"Can I help her?" Jungkook raised his hand to grab his attention.

"No, because I want you to go back to the crime scene and search the forest again. We may get a new clue." I feel something in Yoongi's gaze.

What was that thing? It felt like he did that on purpose but at the same time, he was not. It was hard to read his mind at this moment.

"Sure." Jungkook answered and write something down on a red sticker note. We started to discuss another subject as time passed.

"That's all for today, you guys may go back home now. Thank you, everyone." Yoongi stood up from his seat just like the others.

"What should we eat for dinner?" He approached me and two of us were left in the room. "Can I prepare dinner for us?" He asked with a soft smile.

"I will help you like usual." I returned a smile to him. I loved our interaction. It was a healthy relationship.

"I will go and keep my belongings first." He informed before he left the room. I wanted to close my notebook but I noticed the red sticker note on the next page.
