Chapter 1

The sound of the doorbell being rung echoes through the house, making my heart beat faster than it already was. I stand up, pushing the chair backwards and walk towards the front door and undoing the latch. I open it slowly and see my brother stood in front of me. "Gary!" I scream, jumping on him. "Hello Jess! I've missed you so much." He whispers into my ear, sending warm shivers down my spine. "I've missed you too," I reply, my arms slung around Gary's neck, a tear rolling down my cheek. I open my eyes, looking behind him and seeing the rest of Take That stood there, each holding the handle of a seperate suitcase. I smile, walking over to Jason. "Hey Jay," I say, trying to hold back a smile. "Jess..." He replies. I grin and throw my arms round him, hugging him. I repeat that with each member and then skip back over to Gary. "So, why are the members of your band here?" I ask. "They are moving in with us!" He replies, a grin forming on his face. I widen my eyes, glaring at him. "How are we... going to fit them in?" I ask, gripping my top. He rubs the back of his neck awkwardly. "We are moving." No. I'm not going. I'm not leaving this house. "No." I state, making him raise an eyebrow. "W..What?" He says, looking me in the eye. "I'm not going!" I shout and run upstairs and into my small room, sitting on my bed and screaming into my pillow, letting tears openly flow down my face.

I must of fallen asleep because I get woken up from a loud knock at my door. "Jess?" I hear Howards voice question. "Come in," I reply, sitting up slowly and rubbing my eye. He walks over, smiling gently at me. "Gary told me to come up and tell you dinner is ready. He has a surprise for you." He tells me. I nod and shoo him out my room, wanting to get into some comfier clothes. He leaves, closing the door behind him so I open my wardrobe and pull out a grey, loose Hollister top and some black jogging bottoms, pulling them on and then putting my hair into a scruffy bun. I jog downstairs and into the dining room, the space next to Gary being the only one available so I sit down, pulling myself closer to the table. I see the lads already eating so I tuck in, not talking a word. "How's Jayne Gaz?" I hear Mark ask, looking up. "She's brill, she can't wait to meet Jess." He replies. "Who the heck is Jayne?" I ask, looking at my brother. "Um... er... my... er...-" "Spit it out Gary!" I say to him, putting my cutlery down. "My girlfriend." He whispers. "Oh! You have a girlfriend! Don't need to be shy about it, I have a boyfriend. His name is Tom and he's amazing. There. Easy." I blurt out. I turn back round to my food, soon finishing it. I excuse myself and stand up, walking into the kitchen with my plate and washing it. I pop my head round the door and look at Howard. "Dougie, was that the surprise you were talking about?" I ask him, smiling. He shakes his head. "No," He replies. "Meet us in the front room in about 10 minutes Jess. I will tell you." I nod and slip back round into the kitchen, opening the firdge and pulling a small bottle of orange juice out and closing it again. Walking into the front room I sit on my beanbag, sipping my orange and relaxing into it. "We are here!" I hear Robbie shout. I look up and smile, sitting up. Gary comes and sits next to me on the sofa, Mark next to him and Robbie next to Mark. Howard and Jason sit on the two chairs. "Do you have any friends who like Take That Jess? Like two or so?" Gary asks me. "Yep! My boyfriend likes them and so does my best friend, Alice." I reply, smiling. I soon find I am being handed 3 tickets to see Take That on their next tour. "You are kidding me!" I scream, taking hold of them and grinning. "Nope," He says, popping the 'p'. I grin and kiss his cheek, running upstairs.

I burst into my room, grabbing my phone and calling Tom. "Babe? Are you ok?" Tom asks. "I'm more than ok! My brother just gave me three free tickets to see Take That on their next tour!" I scream down the phone. "You're joking!" He shouts back. "Nu-uh!" "Who are you taking?" He asks, becoming calm. "You and Alice, if you can both come." I reply, smiling to myself. "Of course I can! Anything for my babygirl," He replies, making me smile. "Aww, I better ring Alice. See if she can come. Do you want to come over tomorrow?" I ask, smiling. "Sure! What time?" He asks in return. "About 1ish. I need time to get ready." I reply. "Ok, I will see you then! Love you," He finishes and I return, "I love you too, bye!" He hangs up so I instantly call Alice, repeating the conversation but not inviting her over. I hang up and flop onto my bed, grinning. I fall asleep almost instantly.
