Marla's POV

***1 year later***

"MARLA! get your idiot self down here!" shrieked Pippa, she was still holding a grudge against me and i was getting tired of it. ever since that blunder with that villain... it had shocked me and i was really confused about those feelings that had conjured up out of nowhere.

"what do you wan't now?" i asked sadly, scowling at  her. She had no reason to meddle in my bussiness.

"Nothing. i just want to remind you. that your stupid and clumsy." she stated angrily, glaring at me. "mum wanted me to tell you that aunt Magma is coming next week. so be ready to get blown away, you see... she is a certified hero." she told me coldly. i glared at her.

"well at least i actually have a chance at living a normal life, that's not filled with a double life!" i screamed at her, seething

"oh, rght so being a super hero isnt fun then? is that what your saying?" she screamed back, her face red with anger.

"you little-" my mother walked in, an aura of calm surrounding us and silencing everyone in her path.

"now children. we wouldn't want to say things that we will regret now, do we?" she asked in a calm tone, pippa looked down

"suck up." i mummered

"whats that?" she asked dangerously, tilting her head to the side. looking at me coldly. i grinned

"are you asking for a punch in the face?" i asked her

"i think that i am." she replied

"thats the answer i wanted." i launched my self at her, flipping over her, easily avoiding her flailing arms and landed lightly behind her. "that all you got?" i smirked

"nope." she replied simply and spun, hitting my arm. hard.

"thats gonna leave a bruise." i said. then i punched her in the face.

"what the hell was that for?" she asked me, outraged. i shrugged

"uh.. natural instinct i guess." she was not impressed
