Contract

Fluke - Truth

Fluke scrolling the pictures that they had earlier. He is sitting on the bed when Ohm get out of the bathroom with just a towel wrap on his waist. He avert his eyes and look again on his phone.

"Hey, you can use the bathroom now. I'll call and ask for an extra comforter. You can have the bed", he heard Ohm said. He bite his lips.

"The bed is enough for the two of us so - uhm we can share", he said and rush going inside the bathroom. He cover his  mouth to stop giggling.

He is fidgeting when he went out of the bathroom, smile upon seeing Ohm sleeping on the bed. He is looking at the older when there's a knock on their door.

Fluke blush, scratch his head when a chambermaid bring foods and wine. He say his thank you and close the door.

Torn between waking Ohm up and let him rest, he choose the latter. He open the wine and pour some on one of the glass.

He slowly open the sliding window and step out in the veranda, look up and smile at the stars. Reaching one of his hand.

He heard a familiar chuckle which make him turn around in an instant. There standing Ohm, sleepiness can be seen on his face but a playful smirk is visible as well.

"What are you doing outside, it's pretty cold here", Ohm said as he yawn and walk beside him.

"I'm not sleepy yet. Thank you, P'Ohm", Fluke said as he sip on his wine.

"For what?", he can feel the gaze on his side but he didn't look. Instead, he look up again at the stars, smiling.

"For this trip. I don't know your reason why you agree to this marriage but I still want to thank you for being kind despite the fact that this marriage hinder your happiness", he said. There's a sudden pain inside him upon saying those words.

"I actually didn't belive in love and marriage. Don't get me wrong, it's not about you. It's just that I saw how it affects my mom. I want to be honest with you, Fluke. We almost lost everything and this marriage is the answer to it", Ohm sighs.

Fluke bite his lips. Reality hurts. Put the glass down and step aside to get away even a little to Ohm.

"I have my life plan out. This marriage change my plans but I want  to givebthis marriage a try. Try to make this work", Ohm seriously said which make Fluke look at him.

Fluke is speechless upon hearing it. There's a sudden hope in his heart. He nods and smile. To his surprise Ohm step forward and hug him. He hug his husband back. This is their first hug as a couple. It couldn't get better.

They hold each other in the veranda under the stars but Ohm laugh out loud when his stomach make a sound.

He break-free from the hug, pouting, stomping back inside their hotel suite. They eat, ask questions to each other, tell stories and experience in their life.

That night Fluke feel that he is a little bit closer to Ohm.
