Chapter 36 - Graduation

It's three weeks later these three weeks has been stressful why may you say it's the end of school year no we didn't go to prom. Addison didn't want to go to prom with a broken arm or whatever. She's been so hard to take care like she won't eat I literally have to force her, I shower her because she doesn't like using her left hand. She literally only uses her left hand to scroll on social media. Today is graduation. The ceremony starts at 12. I woke up 9 to Addison getting up. I looked at her and she was going to use the bathroom. When she came back she laid down and looked like she was going sleep. Did she forget she has 3 hours get dressed. I sat up and tapped her

Addison - yes bryce
Bryce - it's graduation day
Addison - okay kool
Bryce - you have less than 3 hours get get ready
Addison - I'm not going
Bryce - what do you mean your not going
Addison - what I just said
Bryce - why not
Addison - I don't wanna be around anyone can't trust bryce plus I have a fuckin broken arm. Now leave me please

She wasn't serious right now. After the shooting she's been like this doesn't wanna go anywhere outside the house it hurts me to see her like this. I got out of bed and texted the girls. They were probably getting ready. They are here so I got up and walked out Addison room to Amelie. I knock and she answers in her robe

Bryce - Addison isn't going to graduation
Amelie - whattt?
Bryce - yep she's still in bed
Amelie - tell Dixie meet us in there *walks to addison room*

I walked to Dixie room and told her Amelie said come to Addison room.

I was in bed when I heard the door open again. I groaned so bryce can stay one place and then it opened again.

Addison - bryce can you stop leaving the room or leave it until your ready
Amelie - it's not Bryce and why aren't you getting dressed

Seriously fuck my life. I sat up as I looked at them.

Addison - because I'm not going
Dixie - why not
Addison - do I need a reason not to go somewhere
Amelie - I mean this graduation. You've been talking about this day for forever and now you aren't going. We need a explanation
Addison - did bryce send y'all in here
Dixie - why aren't you going
Addison - what if this is another set up and they try to kill us again. What if someone on the football team we know and are friend's with try and hurt us. How do y'all just continuously go out knowing that we might have backstabbing friends or someone waiting to kill us

At this point I was crying. My home made me feel safe. Knowing all these men were protecting me first over anything made me feel safe. Leaving this house without them made me question so much. I start thinking about how our coach set the guys up, how jaden literally went to kill me. Everything just runs through my mind all day for the pass 3 week's. Yes I know I've been a bitch to Bryce. But he doesn't leave me or give up. I cried as the girls hugged me.

Amelie - I know adds but you can't think like that
Dixie - yeah majority of the time we leave the house we're with the guys and I know fasho they'll protect us
Amelie - and for you Bryce will literally die to make sure your safe
Addison - that's another thing I hate putting his life at risk I know he's trying to be the best boyfriend protector but he's not protecting himself and it worries me that if he keeps protecting me he's not gonna be able to protect himself they way he needs to be
Dixie - bryce is smart Addison and he loves you. He knows if he ever hurt himself he's hurting you.
Amelie - yeah he literally hasn't left your side from this happened. He just wants you to be okay.
Dixie - he also wants to go come to graduation. You already bailed on Prom
Amelie - yeah and he had a big prom propsal.

Dixie - he been working on it for 2 weeks before that and didn't evening tell you about it because he knew you actually didn't wanna go
Addison - I feel horrible now
Amelie - don't you know he'll always do what's best for you evening if it ends his work of two weeks
Addison - *looks at her phone* have less than two hours to get dressed
Dixie - yeah she's coming
Amelie - I'll call him in for you
