Birth of a Star

The noises of the wind are all you hear in the silent planet. Yet one stands over it all.

?: What a pity. Here I thought finally a planet could finally give me the effort in using my power.

There was nothing left but bodies and blood on this planet. It had become a warzone to the natives living there. Most would think this happened from an army but you would be mistaken. All this blood and tears came from one person

?: You know, it really baffles me how I've made it here since the beginning. I mean by this point I've rivaled even Gods to be here. Welp you know what they say. "Life is like a box of chocolates."

*1 year earlier*

?:Ahhh finally graduation day has come to an end.

It's a beautiful bright sunny day in Japan with the birds chirping while the highschool graduation ends. Everyone is leaving with their parents and family taking pictures outside.

??: Hey, Ai where you going so soon!!!!

Ai: I'm going to the hospital to check up on my mom

??:Awww cmon it's the last day let's spend some time and have some fun. You go there every day.

Ai: Sorry, but it's my mom I can't just leave her like that. Besides you have your own matters to attend to Aya.

Aya: Fine fine but remember to call me when you get there!!

Ai:Yeah yeah I know.

Ai was a girl who lost her father when she was a child and due to her mother overworking she was placed in a hospital leaving Ai to live on her own and checking up on her mother daily. This day was the last she would check up on her mother.

Rain begins to fall as Ai is walking to the hospital.

Ai: What is this bullshit. It didn't say it was going to rain on the forecast today damn.

As Ai is running she hears tremors and screams from afar. She is deeply confused and worried for her mother and starts to run even faster. Eventually she reaches a stopping point to only see fire and debris in every direction.

Ai: wha- what the hell is going on!!

She suddenly notices these weird like creatures approaching her with blood stained all over them. In fear and terror she runs like a rabbit being hunter and stalked by a pack of wolves. In the midst of this all a portal like entrance appears. With no other choice left she ran into it falling down and getting knocked out.

Ai: ouch...what the fuck was that. Where..am I. I can barley remember a thing. Oh right that weird entrance. Something isn't right I just want to go home.

As Ai is panicking in this dark empty room 12 lights glow around her. These lights seems to represent 12 animals each being different. The Ram, The bull, The twins, The crab, The lion, The scorpio, The horse, The archer, The mermaid, The two pebbles, The elephant, and finally The goat. Ai stands up and forgets everything that has happened so far and walks towards these lights. She suddenly sees the brightest one in the far middle

Ai: Twelve different animals...each representing different meanings. Then there's this one in the middle emitting enough light to bright up a stadium. There must be a reason to all this...it just wouldn't make sense if there wasn't.

As Ai was thinking to herself she suddenly hears a loud bang as if someone is trying to be let out. She walks towards the noise eventually realizing it's the brightest light in the middle. She knew something bad could happen if she went up check up on what it was but she couldn't resist her curiosity. Ai then began to notice pictures carved on the walls showing as if it was a caveman writing. She started to depict these picture like drawings.

Ai:Hmm looks like twelve star shaped figures standing around a circle. Then it continues on to see more stars with circles. After that it seems to look like they're fighting in a huge conflict. Then at the end it's the 12 stars becoming one and falling.

By the time Ai had seen the last drawing she finally noticed the bright orb standing in front of her. She began to step closer and closer slowly and carefully to eventually reach it. Standing right next to it she reached out her arm, grabbing it, then pulling it to her. When it finally reached her chest it began to move on it's own into her own body.

Ai: Wait no why is it going into me!!?

In that moment her body shone like a new star born from the heavens and earth. She felt an upsurge of energy flowing through her blood and veins. Due to this new energy flowing through her she fainted seeing one bright light in front of her shining beautifully like nothing she has ever seen. In her last words before she fainted, she whispered three words.

Ai: A...New...Beginning.
