Clyde stays with me at the white gardens when everybody else leaves.
"Do you really think Queen Arabella will actually go through with this?" i ask after a long silence.
"Yes, of course she doesn't want a war, who would; But she wouldn't just Start a war without a logical reason. And demons killing off humans seems like a logical reason to me."
"Thats a stupid question, i just wish that everything could just be easy and peaceful. thats what i thought the afterlife would be like. i thought that after my life was over and i left that hellish earth that i could just relax. but of course thats not the case."
"Well for what time we have left before the battle i want every day to be better than the last. And i know it will only be like this a little while longer, but can we please make it count?" Clyde asks.
"Alright, i suppose i could have some fun for a bit..." I dash upwards into the sky "Catch me if you can!" i yell with a snicker.
