Miracle POV
It was 4:30 in the morning, and I was still up doing work to earn my degree. There was about 2 days of work that was left earlier, and I was trying my best to finish it all tonight.
According to this work and studying for the test, it would help me past to get earn my major. I was downstairs in the living room, I could've waited and called it a night long time ago, but I was determined to have the rest of the week off.
Tyler was knocked out sleeping upstairs, I'd snuck downstairs around 2, replacing myself with a pillow.
Since he was used to sleeping with me for some while, I was his personal teddy bear almost. He was always making sure I was there keeping a tight hold onto me. I still didn't know how it's been so long and he hasn't realized, I'm not there.
Typing on the MacBook keyboard, my fingers were moving for so long, giving me muscle spasms in between.
I heard the wooden floors creaking meaning that Tyler was now up, and probably looking for me. I had to escape because I knew he would say I could always do the work tomorrow.
The lights flicked on around the living area making the room light up bright.
"Why are you up so late? It's almost 5 in the morning." he said
I continued jotting down the notes that I taken in out classes session, in the computer. He walked over to me putting his head into my neck.
"T just let me finish this last little part and then I'll come to bed, it's only going to take 10 min-,"
"10 minutes too long. Just finish it tomorrow." he said
He walked around from the behind the couch now laying his head down on one end with the pillow in his lap.
"Did you think I wouldn't realize the replacement of a human body, verses a pillow?" he said
"No, but it kept you for the amount of time that I needed."
I shifted over I had about a paragraph and an half left to go. Silently cheering in my head, for finishing early.
This was around the time Tyler would get up sometimes. He was on a good sleep schedule, but it would drop from time to time. With the weather changes it was hard to tell, not knowing whether it was daylight savings, or not.
About 8 minutes later I started to become stressed out about my work. I was forcing my body to be up for so long, my brain was also tired to finish my work.
"You good?" he said
I didn't even know he was still paying attention to me. I was sure he'd fell asleep again.
"No, I feel fucking stressed out to get this work done in the time I want."
"I don't know why you just can't finish tomorrow," he sighed raising up laying his head on my shoulder.
I was still typing while Tyler was using me as his teddy bear again. I didn't realize that I was crying over the work, until he wiped my eyes.
