It's been two years. Two years since I lost him. Two years since I lost me. Did I want to see him again? I wasn't sure. But all I know is that I have to go back to school. I finally got my drivers license, I'm 16 and a month.
Today was my first day. I slip on my ankle boots and grab my backpack. I hop in my car. A black convertible. It was my birthday present. I throw my backpack in the passengers seat, and quickly adjust the mirrors.
I drive to school quietly humming along to my favorite cd. It was the song Stolen Dance by Milky Chance. I loved this song. Just like I loved him. I still do now. I park in the parking lot and walk in the building. A bunch of old friends speed towards me and engulf me in a hug.
"I'm so glad your back!" Hannah squeals. I nod and smile. "Glad to be back." I say with a smile. I walk over to my locker and put in my binders, folders, and note books. I shut my locker and walk back to my group of friends. They were talking to a boy who's back was turned to me.
"Oh look! Come here!" My friend Emma EmMa_Loves_You_Babe says, motioning me over. I walk next to her and look up to meet eyes with...
"Luke?"
