Oceans

20 2 1

There she goes blooming all the flowers,
That cross her sacred path,
Laughing and smiling,
Shining and glittering,
Weren't your eyes deceived by the thought,
"Oh so full of life she is",
Because that's just nature,
Nature of humans,
For once when she showed you the blue skies,
And the shimmering oceans,
The fluttering butterflies,
And the rainbow after a storm,
Do you ever wonder how hard she must be trying,
Maybe the acids in her heart doing the killing,
Did you for once realize,
That people are just oceans,
And you can't identify their depths by their surface. ❤
