Y/n's pov

i banged onto the wooden brown door, i waited for about 5 mins and thought they are not going to open the door, as i was about to leave i hear the door knob move, followed by the door.....
the door opened to reveal a tall person with a bowl like haircut his hair was coloured black, he had a cutest smile.

'' hey im y/n i live next door to you'' i said with a smile
'' hey im kim seokjin, but call me jin'' he replied with a deep but soft voice.
we exchanged a handshake and a smile, my face is starting to hurt from smiling so hard
'' umm... i was wondering do you have any butter i could possibly have?'' i said avoiding eye contact with him.
'' ahh yes i do have some we just went food shopping today actually , what is it for?'' he asked
'' it is for a cake im baking'' i said
'' okay follow me'' he said inviting me inside.

i follow him inside the house it was such a beautiful home inside, i didnt expect it to look like this, from the outside it looks like a normal house, but on the inside it was so pretty and well organised.

i followed to the kitchen and man did he have a big kitchen, '' so are you into cooking y/n ?" he asked while going to his fridge, "yes i am mostly baking i love making cakes mostly vanilla and lemon" i replied " lemon and vanilla is my favourite" he said as he handed me two sticks of butter with a soft smile, gosh he was cute.. but i could help but think i swear i saw other people move in here too maybe he has roommates, '' do you live by yourself" i blurt out i mentally smack myself in the face, "no actually i have six roommates, im the eldest out of all of us" he said with that beautiful smile...... "i think i should head out now thank you for the butter my friend is probably waiting for me, i owe you'' i said as i started to exit the house, he walks me to the front door '' no problem y/n  see you around neighbour" he said, i waved and booked it back to my door step, i turn around and see him standing out the front of his door, i waved and headed inside, so many thoughts went through my head, did he watch me run home? are his roommates cute? his voice sounds familar?

i was cut from my thoughts when i saw emily she had flour everywhere including her face '' em i was gone for like 5 minutes" i said while laughing, "yeah i know but i thought i would mix all the dry ingrediants" she laughed back. I can't do anything with the girl oh well we are best friends for a reason, i go and add the butter to both cake mixes and mix them, finally i put them into a tin and place them into the oven to bake for thirty minutes, as they are baking i clean up the mess emily made.

'' he y/n  how was the neighbour are they cool?" she asked
" omg he is a cute boy!!" i get excited
" oh my god does he have friends for me?" she asked
" em! i just met him, his name is jin and he has six roomates so SEVEN of them are living next door" i quitely shouted knowing my mother is asleep.
" what are we going to do while the cakes bake" emily asked in a whiney voice
" stop whining like a kid, ill put a movie on" i said she gave me a pout followed by a smile, we ran to the living room, i put on our favorite movie ever, charlie and the chocolate factory, we have been watching it ever since it came out, i set timer for thirty mintues and press play on the movie .

~ 30 mintues later~

we are half way through the movie when my timer went off, i get up and try to wake em who has fallen asleep, i walk over to her and grab her nose, that for sure wakes her up, she rises from her sleep, " em we gonna decorate the cakes" i said " okay but my mum should be here soon she is going to pick me up on her way home from work" she replies, i go into the kitchen and grab the oven mits and put them on, turned off the oven and got the cakes out, i set them on a cake rake to cool down before we decorate them, while i was doing them emily was making the icing for the cakes she picked out two pretty colours baby pink and a light purple colour, " hey em where is that bag you brought" i asked " oh you mean this bag" she replies while tipping the bag on the bench, so make sprinkle packets came out, its like she robbed a sprinkle store, " really em" i say " what you have sprinkles you prefer cake with out them" she said with a sassy look, i just shake my head, finally the cakes have cooled down i give em the lemon cake to decorate and i do the vanilla one, i decide to cut a little square piece and decorate that and give it to jin for letting me borrow some butter thats the least i could do.

i lather on some baby pink icing on the little square and i place some purple sprinkles along the outside, i grab a little tube of white icing and write jin in cursive writing on top and i move it to the side and begin fixing the rest of the cake i just put on some purple icing and leave it to that, i really dont like sprinkles because you can choke on then it has happen to me before, i pack my cake away in a cute container, i look over to see em's cake and shall i say its looking well um its looking like a mess she has put pink icing with purple dots and blue flowers and about one billon sprinkles on it, im guessing she can take that one home, i look for a container for her cake and my little one for jin, i found one and hand it to em and for some reason i cant find any containers small enough fof jins cake but my special frog container it fits the cake perfectly, oh well as we are packing the cakes we hear a car horn beep, " thats my mum y/n ! i will call u tomorrow morning" em said i follow her out to the door and hand her the cake and give her a hug, i wave her off like a crazy person, i head back inside to the kitche and clean the mess of sprinkles.

finally im finshed cleaning and its about 9pm at night, i look at the bench and see jins cake, now should i go over and give it to him now? or should i wait until tomorrow? i ask myself, i decide to take it over now, i look down and realise im in my pinapple pjs that means I WAS WEARING MY PJS THE FIRS TIME I WENT OVER TO ASK FOR BUTTER that is so embarssing, i walk out of my house and head over to jins, i make my way up to his front door, i knock twice and wait for about 1 minute, suddenly the door flies open to show a different person not jin, "hey is jin home, i live next door" i ask " jin hyung" he screams, suddenly jin appears " hey y/n  what are you doing here" he said surprised " i came to thank you for the butter and as a thank you gift i made you this" i handed him the container, he opens it and smiles , suddenly he is looking at me and smiling... next thing i know i was pulled into a hug, i hug back and pull away " thank you but you didnt have to, i will be enjoying this" jin replies " jin are you goimg to introduce me to you friend and also our neighbour" the dude next to him said, he had ligh brown hair which was slightly curled, he had a boxy type smile which was cute, " tae this is y/n  our neighbour" jin says pointing to me, i smile and extend my hand, surprisingly he takes it and shakes it, "it was nice meeting you tae" i say with a smile "i should head back its getting late" i say with a smile and a wave, they both wave and smile.

I walk back home and lock the door behind me and go straight up to my room, since im in my pjs i get straight into bed, i lay here looking up at my glow stars thinking about what just happened, are all of his friends this nice and cute? maybe i could make friends with other people besides emily? ive only ever had emily as my friend.. i cant wait to meet the rest of his friends they seem sweet, tae was kind, he also was cute like what the hell i have bunch of cute guys living next door, i started drifting off to sleep, next thing i know darkness has taken over in my eyes and i was out for the night.
