I- um, how should I start this... Hmmm, oh, I know. I-It's not a happy memory either, but I think it should work for the beginning... It was two years ago. I was walking in the rain with my (F/C) umbrella. I enjoyed the rain and its breezy wind. One of my favorite seasons, actually. The rain started when I finished my work. So, I thought to myself. I should enjoy it while I still can. Then someone ran past me.
Well, not technically like that, more like bumped into me with a hard force which made me fell. I was soaking wet in the rain. The cold water fell to my head then later cover my body. My (F/C) umbrella fell aside. I whimpered from the pain. "Ah crud, you ok?" I slowly looked up at the figure. They were so tall. Their heights made me looked so small. The figure said sorry to me, helped me stand up, picked up my umbrella, and gave it to me.
I stutter, feeling not so confident about this. "I-I'm fine. Thanks for asking. I-I guess..." Unsure about my answer. I observed the stranger. I did mention that they're tall. They wore a dark turquoise hoodie, brown trousers with orange sneakers. The hood covered their head. They somewhat got bright orange eyes? Their eyes illuminate the shadow from their hood. Their voice sounds like an electric guitar as well.
The figure asked me. "Why're you out at night in the rain?" I say to the stranger after I thought about my answer. "I-. Well, I just finished m-my work. It started to rain when I'm done w-with everything. The rain i-is my favorite season, so I want t-to enjoy it while I s-still can." The figure shoves their hands into their pockets. "It's getting late. I should walk you home now." I hesitate about it then, later on, I nod to their offer. "By the way, the name is Whitty." I shyly smile at him. "I-I'm (Y/N). It was nice t-to meet you."
