A/n: Ignore my mistakes.

Madhav was in a fairytale of his own, until he felt a punch in his back. Parth’s voice echoed in his ears, he tried not to pay attention to it but he was forced to come to real world.

“Why are you not listening to me?” said Parth in anger. Madhav, incredulously glanced at him, then he moved his eyes to right and he saw Prabh smiling. His eyes looked down automatically.

“What, Nothing.” Stammered Madhav.

I am really making a fool of myself here in front of him.

“Let’s just play something.” Said Parth. He was obsession with playing all the time makes Madhav nauseated, he didn’t care about his studies. All day long he just stays outside and play. Madhav sighed, he thought what three people can play?

“Parth, what game exactly do three people can play?” asked Prabh in his musical voice, Madhav looked tentatively at Prabh, thinking did he just read his mind. Parth thought for a moment, he was not able to come with any game that involved three people. He just crossed his arms around his chest and screwed his face making known to his surrounding he was not happy. Madhav chuckles seeing his brother’s reaction.

“Just chill, I am here for five days, we have lots of time to play.” Consoled Madhav who was surpassing a laugh at his brother’s pouting. Prabh’s eyes glowed hearing that and Madhav noticed it which made him feel nervous.

“So, you are here for some days then.” Said Prabh in almost a whisper.

“Yeah, I guess.” Replied Madhav brushing his fingers to set his hair at the right place.

“Can I get your Phone number?” asked Prabh as he pulled out his phone from his pocket. Madhav had completely forgotten about mobile phones, he thinks this village is from another time in which there were no phones. Parth didn’t had his own phone.

OMG! He is asking for my number.

Madhav was too happy inside.

“Yeah sure.” He said trying to hide his excitement. Prabh gave Madhav his phone and he entered his number. Prabh gave him a missed call-in order for him to get his number. Madhav was not able to comprehend this, he was enjoying the village for the very first time because of a boy.

“Well, I have to go now. See you later.” Said Prabh. “and you too Parth.” Madhav had completely forgotten about the existence of Parth. Prabh turned and started walking away. He glanced and smiled at Madhav as he reached the gates and Madhav felt his smile like a Cupid stabbing his heart with a heart shaped arrow.

“Oi, lets go now.” Came the voice of Parth who was also moving toward the gate. Madhav followed him.

“I like him.” Said Madhav.

“That’s odd of you.” Said Parth looking at him.

“What” scoffed Madhav. “To like my friend, this village’s resident.” Replied Parth. Madhav had nothing to say, he just followed him. They went straight to the roof of house.

“if he is your friend, how come I haven’t met him before?” Said Madhav. Curiosity was all over his face, which was noticed by Parth.

“He actually lived with his Naniji, he came here this year.” Said Parth. Madhav wanted to know each every detail about Prabh but he hesitated because he doesn’t wanted to reveal his liking for Prabh to Parth just yet. Madhav changed the topic, they talked about other things. The sun was started to set, the sky turned beautiful orange, clouds turned beautiful like flames from a bonfire. The sun was transformed into a large ruby. It was mesmerizing and was not the scene one can usually watch in cities. A while later, Divya came up and told them, it is time for dinner.
