"So, you still not sure if you are pregnant or not?" Irene asked Joy who was treating Yeri.
"Auch! unnieeee huaaaaa!! " Yeri cries again. This was the third time she cried because Joy touched her leg.
"Tell me Kim Yerim, how can I treat you if I can not touch your leg?" Joy looks at Yeri, who is wiping her tears. Thanks to Joy, because of her, Yeri sprained her ankle
Joy signed before slowly touching Yeri's ankle. She just wanted to check and the youngest kept on crying every time she touched her leg.
"Kim Yerim, you are one of the mafia daughters, so stop crying" Namjoon reminds the youngest
After that, Yeri stopped crying and Joy can treat her leg easily now. All of them just sigh heavily
"What happened?" Mrs.Kim asked while looking at all of them. She is carrying a big chocolate bouquet in her left hand.
"Omma!!!" Yeri cries again and all of them start to give up, though Joy has already finished treating her leg.
Mrs.Kim sat next to Yeri; Yeri reached for the bouquet, but Mrs.Kim quickly took it away from her.
"This is not for you" Mrs.Kim glared at Yeri and the youngest just pouted
"This is for you, Malguemi," Mrs. Kim said as she handed the bouquet to Joy, who seemed intrigued.
"Me?" Joy pointed at herself and Mrs.Kim just nodded and smiled. Joy took the bouquet and tried to find a note or card
"The guard told me that someone sent it to you," Mrs.Kim said while looking at Joy, who smiled happily at the bouquet because all of the chocolates have been her favorite chocolates since kindergarten.
Joy found a small note between the chocolates.
'5 days left, wait for me my Lucifer. I love you '

Wendy and Seulgi silently peak at the note
"Woahhh!!! Her fiance gave her a bouquet "Seulgi and Wendy teased her. They can see the pink shades slowly forming on Joy's milky cheeks.
"Jinjja!!" Yeri can not believe that her brother could be that sweet. He is even sweeter than Jungkook!!!
"Yes," Seulgi nodded in agreement
"I want to wait for the bouquet too!!" Seulgi quickly ran left the living room. Following with Wendy. She even forgets that she has a son already. Luckily, Han is sleeping in Karina's room.
"Unnie!!!!" Yeri follows them too. If Jin hadn't caught her, she would have almost tripped on the sofa.
"Aishh this kid!" Jin just looks at Yeri, who joins Seulgi and Wendy waiting for the bouquet or anything that their husband and fiance are preparing for.
Mrs.Kim just looked at all of them before focussing on Joy. She noticed a new ring on Joy's ring finger.
"He confessed," Taeyeon inquired, and Joy nodded shyly.
