Chapter one : The first chapter is the introduction of Jordan and what he went through which was an exaggeration he is just very mentally ill and untreated to the point that medication doesn't work. All because of his mother, he says he loves his father to death is because he never knew nor met his father. He just said he loved his father because he was not like his mother. (We never get to meet the father I don't think)
Chapter two + Chapter three : The second chapter And third chapter revolves around Jordan's old memories of when he was in a band touring with Get Scared in the mid 2000s and when he gets married to his own brother onstage (Jackson) (if you don't know both brothers were separated at birth) and then the flashback fades to the band getting drunk in a parking lot.
Chapter four : The fourth chapter is in Jordan's imagination of how Jackson feels about Jordan online.
Chapter five + Chapter six : The fifth chapter is how Jordan is seeing every person in the room as his mother (who brutally tortured him ever since he was a young boy) so he brutally killed them all except Jackson who wasn't an illusion of his mother for some unknown reason. In the middle of chapter five and then going into chapter six is when Jordan's strange sexual tension with Jackson where they had sex in the nurses office, then they slept there until it was morning and then when they went to class in the morning Jordan started to have the unusual amount of illusions of his mother as three boys we're surrounding him and his first instinct was to cut himself and then brutally stab one of the bullys and he somehow survived the attack.
Chapter seven : Chapter seven his another flashback of when one his bully's caught Jordan recording music.
Chapter eight + Chapter nine : Chapter eight goes back to when Jordan had another flashback of when him and his fiancé were comforting their best friend Sam who's lover "passed away". Madison never died she was in the hospital in a coma after she got kidnapped and then beat up by some homophobic assholes to the point that it gave her brain damage. In the ninth chapter it reveals that Madison survived the traumatic accident but doesn't remember what happened.
Chapter ten + Chapter eleven : Chapter ten is yet another flashback of when Jordan was shot in the shoulder by somebody in the crowd, it was never revealed who the person was, then Jackson whom was intoxicated started to make out with Jordan in the backseat as they drove to the hospital but then decided to let the wound get infected and drove to a hotel instead. Chapter eleven is when Jackson reveals that he might have some sort of cancer (it was never revealed of what sort of cancer he had) he was rushed to the hospital because he was having trouble breathing and he eventually fainted probably from almost overdosing on alcohol because of the stress he was going through and not wanting Jordan to go through the stress, when they got to the hospital (the others were in the waiting room terrified and praying that their best friend and lover will not die) so Jackson made a bet with the doctors to pretend he was dead to scare them as a joke. So the nurse comes to the waiting room and then tells them that he'll be cremated in a week while putting it in quotation marks which left everybody in the room speechless, they didn't notice that she was joking. That night Jordan wanted to overdose and end it all then the placeholder for Get Scared 'Chris' was the reason Jordan didn't overdose he was a sweet charming man but in disguise was an abusive man which will come out later in the story. Chris eventually moves in with the band since Jordan suggests it and he proceeds to do so.
A/N : more will come soon now remember this is the before the fall of everything, second chances may seem like a weird fangirly fanfic about their original characters and then about their own friends and some random hardcore rock band from Utah. But let me tell you it has more lore than you think it does. Just wait patiently.
