"Ronald! This- is so beautiful!" Hermione said looking at the necklace ron gave her.
"Happy early christmas 'mione!" Ron said cheerfully blushing
"Well, if your going to the burrow, im coming with you! And im assuming we can take Harry aswell!" Hermione shot a quick answer at him.
"Oh..no hermione, sorry I've got to take care of Dumbldore's army, well I have to mix up our schedule, and make sure umbridge doesn't get ahold of it" harry said sadly
"Oh harry, it's fine..but your more than welcome if you want to come" ron said patting his shoulder.

"Thanks guys, but I'll pass" harry said now smiling a bit.
Things hadn't been the same at hogwarts, Voldemort was back and nobody from the ministry believed him,
And draco, was acting more like a git then usual, sneaking up on him, scaring his friends (well maybe Harry liked draco, but we'll get to that later)

"Harry, snap out of it!" Hermoine clapped her arms infront of Harry's face,
"Uh- huh?-" harry jumped, scared
"You zoned out for a minute there.." hermione said smiling
"Yeah..just thinking about.. someone." Harry said nervously
"Nice, well, I'm going to go now..the Weasleys are here, and Ron's already left, he said that he'd send you a letter on Christmas day, so bye harry! Stay safe!" Hermione said hugging Harry.
"Thanks mione, you too." Harry said nicely.

Hermione took up her bag, and left.
Harry pov:
I should go outside for a walk, shouldn't I? Well..it's past curfew, but it's the least I can do to calm myself down. I hope I don't run into anyone, especially someone from the inquisitorial squad, god umbridge is so awful, why can't Dumbldore hire a good teacher!

Harry took up his invisibility cloak, well you know just in case, and figured he didn't need his wand, who would he want to hex at that time of night anyways? Plus it was just a walk, right? Without thinking Harry put on his invisibility cloak, and ran out into the hallway, when he accidentally hit a glass vase, outside the door, which fell and broke, someone came running from the other hallway
"who's there?" They asked, their voice was calm, and it reminded harry of someone.
"I repeat, who's there?" They asked again
Harry could now see his face, it was malfoy, draco malfoy
Harry tried to let out a groan but stopped himself
Draco gave a sigh,
"Potter, I know it's you, I've seen you with that invisibility cloak so many god damn times, let it go." Draco said rolling his eyes.
Harry slowly took off his invisibility cloak,
"How..did you know?.." he asked hesitantly
"Well, I'm not a dumb arse." Draco said.
"Impressive" harry replied sarcastically
"Well atleast I'm a prefect monitoring the halls, your not." Draco said looking at harry
Draco grabbed Harry's tie and slammed him against the wall
"Merlin's beard, let me go." Harry said seriously
"Oh why so, so you can go snog chang again?" Draco said rolling his eyes
"I don't know how you know about that, and I don't care, and no, not to snog cho" harry said
"Oh really now? Harry said backing harry into the broom cupboard behind them, until harry fell down through the door frame
"What the hell malfoy!" Harry said angrily
"Tch tch tch, oh look potter's fallen" said draco offering harry his hand
Harry grabbed draco's hand and draco pulled him up.
"F*cking hell.."  harry said rolling his eyes
Then suddenly they heard the door slam behind them
"Huh- WHATS THAT" draco yelled
Harry held draco's mouth shut,
"Bloody kids leave the door open every time!" Filch's voice screamed
"shhh.." harry wispered
"We can get out later, your right" draco wispered back in Harry's ear
Draco walked towards the door and left the knob stunned.
"It's..it's..locked.."
