Now I'm not going to lie Seattle is great, but traffic is not.

Here I am stuck in traffic and I have to be there in 10 mins.

"Umm sir you don't think there's any faster route." I ask.

"No sorry darling." the taxi driver said with a sympathy look.

*sigh

We arrive at the building 15 mins late which isn't bad since most people don't show up at all when there's bad traffic.

"Thank you." I say and pay the man.

I hop out and head up to my office. Everyone seems to be in chatter as usual. Some of the ladies give me nasty looks and some of the men just drool. Others give me warm smiles and others are just too into their work to look up.

"Good morning Kolby." Johnathan says.

"Morning Johnathan."

"So what will you be writing about today in the article?"

"I have no clue."

"Well good luck and I think Mrs. Wilson wanted to see you."

"Thanks and okay." I say and head to my bosses office.

My boss Mrs.Wilson is nice. This was her husbands business, but when they got married he decided to give it to her because she's very good at keeping things in order and was once a journalist her self.

I arrive and hear laughing and talking, so I knock on the door.

"Come in." she says.

"Good morning Kolby." Mrs. Wilson says

"Morning Mr and Mrs. Wilson."

"Morning Kolby." Mr. Wilson says with a smile

"You wanted to see me?" I ask a little uneasy.

"Yes. Now you are one of my best journalists and I think you have true potential, but you are the youngest."

Oh no is she going to fire me?

"Kolby I like you a lot and think you can get the job done, so you will be getting a some what higher position in your work field. You will be one to do interviews and write about them. For example the Grammy's. I would fly you out, have you get some inside secrets and little things, and then you would report back here and write about it."

"Oh my that's great. Thank you so much."

"Your welcome, but there are some risks and dangers you could say. You are young, so people may take advantage of you and harm you, so I have interviewed some people to be your 'body guard'." she says.

"Oh. Will I meet this person?"

"Yes actually he should be outside."

"He?" I ask a little nervous.

"Yes. Will that be a problem?" She asks giving me a look

"No not at all."

We head out her office and go outside.

"So where is "he"?"

"He's pulling up now." She says with a smile.

I look at the street and see a taxi pull up. It comes t a stop and a man comes out.

"Morning Jake and Victoria." The guy says getting off his motorcycle.

"Morning Nicholas." she says and gives him a hug.

What the heck nobody calls Mr. and Mrs. Wilson by their first name. Not even their kids even though they shouldn't.

"Kolby this is my nephew Nicholas." she says still smiling.
