*It had been a few days, but they finally reached Jump City, California. As Terra drove into the city, it was 8:00 P.M. and it was raining. So she drove with her headlights and windshield wipers on. In the back seat, Luan sadly looked out her window and watched the rain hit the glass. She was still blaming herself after what happened in her nightmare, which unfortunately almost came true. Leni was in the back seat with Luan. She was really worried about Luan.*
Leni: Luan........? Are you okay?!
*I'm sorry to say that when Leni put her hand on Luan's shoulder, she smacked it off.*
Luan: Don't touch me, Leni............!
Leni:*crying* Luan.........!
Luan: Leave me alone..............!
Leni: Luan....... are you mad at me........?
Luan: No....... I'm shutting you out........!
*That broke Leni's heart when Luan said that. Lori and Terra heard it all.*
Lori: Luan....... please don't shut her out of your life. She just wants to help you!
Luan: Not like I deserve any help in the first place...........! 😪 Besides, Lori, you hate me, right?!
*Lori's heart shattered 💔 when Luan said it.*
Lori: Luan......... no.......! No, I don't hate you! I love you, Luan! And nothing will change that!
Luan: How can you love a sister who disappoints you and lets you down?! Maybe if I did kill myself, you wouldn't have to deal with me anymore!
Terra: Luan Markov, don't say that! Nobody wants you to kill yourself! Not even Lori or Leni!
Lori: She's right, Luan! Look, I know you hate yourself, but like I've said before, you need to move on. Just leave all of that in the past, okay?!
Luan: I can't.........! Every time I try, it comes back to haunt me! I can't do it! I just can't move on! I just can't!
Leni: Yes you can, Luan! If you kill yourself, nobody will be happy! Think about how Lori and I would feel! And how Terra would feel! And what about Pop Pop?! How would he feel if you killed yourself?!
*Luan didn't say anything at all and just cried the rest of the way to the tower. Meanwhile, Beast Boy looked down at the bridge and saw a few cars come in.*
Beast Boy: Guys! They're here!
*Cyborg opened the garage door as the vehicles pulled in. Everyone got out of their cars and went into the tower with their luggage.*
Starfire: LUAN!!!!!!!! IT IS SO GOOD TO SEE YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
*As Starfire hugged Luan, I'm sorry to say that Luan broke from the hug and went upstairs to Terra's room. Starfire and the others were worried.*
Raven: Is she okay?!
Lori: Not really, Raven. She's still blaming herself after what almost happened to me. She just needs some time alone.
*Then, Kathryn, AKA Kitten, had an idea.*
Kitten: Guys, I can schedule an appointment with Brittney for Luan after school.
Terra: Honestly, that's a great idea!
*Even Lori was relieved too.*
Note: Next chapter will be where Luan wakes up in the middle of the night.
