it's slowly developing on Mark. He did half of Justin's training paid off for him. Justin is being a good mentor than Omni Man ever was. Mark told Justin that he fought Omni Man. His father. And he beat Mark to near death. This got Justin so Angry. That he could beat the shit out of Omni Man for what he did to his son Mark.
We then see Justin watching Mark doing all of his training. He even lent the weights he mentioned during his training. To Mark. As he is proud of the progress that has been going on with Mark. The more the training. The more invincible Mark gets. But as soon as he keeps watching Mark's training.
Justin: Hey Mark. I assume the training is working?

Then Justin hears danger in the city.

He's terrorizing the city the Superhero girls and the New Guardians of the globe are trying to fight off Ultraman. But it was not good enough. Ultraman was about to continue his havok but. Was stopped by a punch from behind sending him a bit far back. The Superhero girls and the new Guardians of the Globe saw Captain Superman
CS: You're gonna stop terrorising the city. And you're leaving earth.. now *eyes glow red*
