"You're crazy if you think I'm going in there." I said crossing my arms. The next thing I knew I was in Niall's arms in the forest. "You're strange, something.... about you." I said. "You mean something like these." Niall said taking off his sunglasses. His eyes were a piercing red. When I looked in them, I could see all of my fears. I shielded my eyes. "Stop! Please!" I yelled at him. I looked up and his sunglasses were back on. "What did you see when you looked in my eyes." he asked firmly. "I-I saw me alone at night, and spiders, and water, and everything that made me... afraid." I said, still pale from the experience. Niall looked ashamed for the first time. "I'm sorry." he said. "Who are you?" I asked. "something horrible." he replied. "Your eyes... why do they do that." I asked. "It's, it's my punishment." he replied. "For doing w-what." I asked as I slowly started backing away. "I'll tell you, don't run away, I'll just catch you." he said. I didn't need his eyes to be scared anymore. I nodded and he began to speak, "One year ago, I was walking down the street when a black van pulled up next to me. I was taken to a lab, they told me I was going to be the first ever superhuman, I tried to escape but I couldn't, they gave me a shot in my arm, the next thing I knew was well, a vampire. They told me to stay but I refused. They gave me another shot, it turned my eyes blood red and caused everyone that looked in them to see their deepese fears, and every human that I touched would turn to dust." Niall finished his story by looking down at his shoes in disgust. "But when you touched me..." I said. "Exactly, you're, special." he said. I was about to sprint but I stayed, my feet wouldn't let me move. He was cursed this way, forever. "Do you drink... and can you..." I said slowly. "Yes... I drink blood, and I can turn humans to vampires, but I would never make someone go through this." he said. I still didn't know if I could trust him. "May I ask you your name?" he said. "It's Halli, Halli Martin." I answered. I had always been embarrased at my name. "Well Halli Martin, be ready for dinner at 6:30 pm tomorrow." he said, in less than 1 minute I was at the front door of my flat. Wow, I would never get tired of that
