Minho's

Chapter 3

I woke up to hear my phone ringing, I looked at the screen Minho was calling me?
I answered "hello?" He responded "hey"
I asked "why'd you call me?", he stuttered "oh I...wanted to tell you yesterday was fun at the excursion"
I responded "it was fun especially on the pier" I said as I could tell he was having a loading moment on the other end of the phone.
I asked "are you going to school today?" He inhaled "umm no I can't be bothered" he laughed
I giggled "same"
It went silent for 3 seconds, he asked me nervously "wanna hang out today?", I paused "of course!"
He laughed with flirtiness and said "I'll pick you up at 3:20" I giggled "see you then!" He responded "bye!" and hung up.

I spent 2 hours watching Netflix and 3 more hours making sure I looked nice, makeup,outfit,hair it takes ages.
I finally finished and scrolled through Instagram for something to do, I heard the doorbell ring as I scattered downstairs.
I answered the door and saw Minho smiling as he instantly greeted "hi!" I responded "hey!"
He stared at me for 7 seconds as I looked at him confused, He shook his head out of the stare "sorry for staring it's just-"
He paused, I asked "it's just what?"
He froze and inhaled "you look beautiful"
I smiled "thank you!" I said as we walked down the porch stairs. Minho opened the car door for me as I smiled and said "thank you Lee", he laughed "I'm just being a gentleman"
He closed to the door softly and sat in the drivers seat.

He started the car and began driving as I said "you never told me where we were going"
He nodded "it's a surprise" he said laughing, I raised my eyebrows "I'm excited to see where your taking me"
He did an evil laugh that was adorable "hahaha you'll never know" he said smiling at me laughing.
I laughed that hard that I hit my head on the window, Minho laughed "are you okay?" He asked trying to stop laughing, I inhaled trying not to laugh "I'm fine!"

I noticed he stopped the car and we were at the entrance of a park.
I tilted my head in confusion asking "where are we?"
He opened the door "come with me and you'll find out" he said smirking.
I got out the car and walked next to him, he side eyed me and covered my eyes from behind me. I laughed out of confusion, I felt like we were walking on grass it was odd.

He giggled "now sit down" he said uncovering my eyes, I sat down "as you wish" I giggled.
I opened my eyes and found that I was sitting on a park bench. I looked to my left to see him as I looked around as he said "the park was the only place I could think of" he said unenthusiasticly.
I grinned "it's a good place to hang out" I said putting my hand on the bench, I suddenly felt Lee's hand on mine. I shivered out of fear that I'd embarrass myself, I suddenly felt the need to tell him how I had a crush on him.

I inhaled getting prepared to confess how I felt "I have a crush on you and I have since year 7!" I said speaking faster than the speed of light.
He looked at me with an excited smirk, I covered my face with my hands in embarrassment.

He put his hand on my shoulder "I'm not sure what to say" he said with a slight giggle.
I exhaled deeply "I'm sorry that just came out" I said apologising, his expression turned to disappointment "so you didn't mean what you said?" He asked cocking his head. I shook my head "Nono I meant it!"

His expression brightened up, he asked "do you ever wonder why I chose you out of every other girl in the class?"
I shook my head saying no, he smirked "it's because you weren't like the others, you didn't fix your hair and worry about how you looked every time you saw me, you wouldn't flirt with me and make inappropriate jokes about me"
I stared at him "I never figured that's why, I thought it was just because you felt bad for me" "it's because I had a crush on you that's why I chose to be your partner over everyone else"

The way he continuously complimented me made me feel flawless and perfect. Silence fell between me and Minho, i felt like we were about to kiss...I heard a ringing sound come from my pocket as I drifted further from him noticing I was leaning close to him that whole time, I picked up my phone and answered it "hello?" I looked at the name and noticed it was mom. "Yuni when are you getting home?" She asked as I felt hesitant on leaving Leeknow at any point.
I exhaled disappointed "about two hours" I said careless on when she wanted me home, she mumbled "okay be home by 8"
I promised to get home at 8 and hung up.

It was only 4 in the afternoon I had plenty of time with him, He rested his arm of the back of the chair, he was an inch away from having his arm around my shoulder. I awkwardly continued our conversation "so where were we?"
He said "I was explaining how I had a crush on you" he said awkwardly, I nodded "oh right.." I said widening my eyes and looking away from him.

Lee knows POV-
I wish Yuni understood how much I like her and that I was brave enough to kiss her, I'm not ready yet I've had a crush on her since year 7 as well but she doesn't know that.
My mind was racing with to many thoughts at once I lost track of thoughts and words, I quickly leaned in closer to her with haste so we were 2 inches away from each other, I put one hand on her shoulder and one on her hip, I inhaled and began my sentence "I don't think you understand how much I like you"
She looked at me concerned while saying "of course I do!"'
I shook my head "I've had a crush on you since year 7 too"

Back to Yunis POV-
He's liked me this whole time..and it takes for us to tell eachother up until year 10!
I could tell he looked worried and upset I don't blame him, I leaned in and gave him a hug it was my favourite part of the year so far, I hugged my crush!
He said great fully "I'm happy to have someone like you in my life"
I sniffed and put my head on his shoulder while we were still hugging while saying "and I'm happy to have someone like you who's always asking if I'm okay, always makes sure I'm not lonely"
My heart started pounding our bond was getting stronger.
