"Are you going to keep protecting this lost one?" the voice of the dominion echoed through the hall, shaking every angel's core with the intensity of his words. No gentle tone was upheld and the creature decorated heavily with gold and other gems firmly held his spear in his hand. "It is not allowed to be here, it has to perish." He repeated once again and the few angels standing nearby gave each other nervous looks as well as two "powers" standing to each of the dominion's side. The two protectors were ready to annihilate whatever unlucky demon had entered their walls but could not go further in harming the low ranked angel in front of their feet.
"Lord dominion, this is just a pup, it got lost, it means no harm-" the angel spoke and suppressed a yelp when he was roughly kicked into his side once again. "You dare talk back to the dominion, do you have no respect! Hand the thing over now!" one of the powers who was very impatient yelled and glared down at the form in front of him.
Vash held the tiny shivering demon boy tightly to his chest, in his size the demon wasn't even as big as his own chest so he could drape his wings over the both of them protectively. Vash had taken quite some kicks and punches now so he couldn't stand properly anymore and just laid there rolled together with the child in his arms. Quite a few pair of eyes were watching, the entire east hall had heard of the commotion at that point but no one dared to act against the lord dominion. After all he had the powers by his side who held much more magic than any of the other angels. Not to mention if everything went wrong one could maybe even land in front of one of the Seraphim's feet and at that point it meant sure death. More kicks rained upon the angel in the middle of the hall, his wings shielding most of them successfully but one especially fierce kick made his feathers dampen with blood and Vash let out a muffled scream. Wings were the most sensitive how could bleeding not hurt?!"Stop." The dominion then ordered who had had more than enough from all of this. He looked at the angel in front of him in disgust when the powers let off of him and returned back to his sides. "We need to remove any threats to the celestial realm, you know that well, tertiary. By protecting this thing you are aware of the danger you put yourself in, why do you do this? Has the creature perhaps corrupted your core, tertiary?" The dominion asked as he sat back down on his seat and twirled the spear in his hand. Vash did not answer, the pain on his wing was too big so he only managed to open his eyes and shoot the secondary a glare. "You can't reply? Powers!" He called and the two celestials at his side moved to grab the angel and hold him, grabbing roughly at his wings and lifting him off the ground. Gasps could be heard in the hall and some angels watching held each other's hands afraid. "A corrupted one?!" one of the voices whispered followed by many similar ones. "danger! He has to leave!" and those words didn't escape the dominions ears either.
"Silence! Fear not, tertiaries! We will definitely treat this matter with the highest urgency but we can not hurt one of our former companions. By tonight the threat will be gone so please return to your tasks and rest assured. The power of the lord will not let evil beings reside." The dominion called and flapped his wings, the gold chains strumming softly before glancing back at the angel held up in the air. "Tertiary! Look up!" He called and Vash tiredly did as told staring right into these cold ethereally blue eyes. "You have committed a hefty crime and even when offered a forgiving hand you did not see your mistake. If you continue to resist you are viewed corrupted, do you understand?" He asked Vash who still held the tiny trembling creature in his arms which now had started to sniffle and cry softly. ".....Lord dominion, this is not forgiving!" The angel replied with a fierce gaze and sternly held his posture. "I am not corrupted, Lord!"
The hall had gone quiet from that again and all eyes laid on him, the two powers indignant at hearing such a rude angel talking back to the dominion of all things. Even the dominion himself lifted his head and looked down upon Vash a bit impressed. "You unruly being! With your wing's color it was no wonder you'd get corrupted! You weren't pure to begin with!" a voice then pierced through the silence coming from the mass of angels. Soon whispers of affirmation erupted again and some hurried to move close to each other, the fear spiking. Not wanting the situation to escalate, the dominion promptly stood up and knocked on the ground with his spear. "Tertiary! Listen up with your words you now have proven your unruliness and impurity. You are to be expelled from the realm in utmost urgency. Case closed, everyone now return to their tasks this is an order!" He commanded with his earth shaking voice and soon the fear of the dominion was bigger than the curiosity towards the corrupted and the angels scurried off flying into different directions of the hall. The open hall with only strong pillars supporting the ceiling far far up in the sky was empty now, the warm light shining onto the four remaining people.
"Lord dominion!-" Vash called out this time upon realizing his fate but was harshly kicked in his back by one of the powers which silenced him. As if having ignored the dominion let out a sigh and turned his back towards the three running a hand through his hair exhaustedly. "Throw him out already! What are you waiting for?! Just toss him and the sinner down the gates, hurry up and get him out of my sight! This insolent...he has made far enough trouble. Once done with your task, return back to me immediately so that we can report to the Seraphim." He stated and at the mention of the deity-like Seraphim the two powers looked at each other gulping heavily. They quickly dragged Vash out by his wing not caring if they sprained them and not listening to the scared whimpers of the child at all, instead they threw him disgusted glares. "I can't believe we're not allowed to eliminate corrupted. They're no different from demons so what's the deal?!" One of them hissed as they moved through back alleys as to not catch everyone's attention. "But wasn't he this strange angel of unknown origin? You know the one the Seraphims took care of for several days and watched over." The other replied ignoring Vash who scoffed at them. "What? This is the one? .....no wonder he was always this unruly, I remember clearly this was the one who had fought with Archangel Michael because he had accidentally taken his breakfast!" He exclaimed and both of them stared at the angel hanging from their arms. They exchanged worried glances and quickly dragged Vash to the main gate quite far way from the ethereal halls and buildings, the pretty streets and beautifully decorated gardens towards a secluded area a few hundred meter away from everything. There in the midst of nothing but calm two heavy gates stood so high that Vash would've need to fly quite a while until he could see the top of them and they were just as heavy as they looked. The two powers spoke to some angels standing guard and soon after they looked at each other and hurriedly complied.
"Let go! I'm not corrupted, I'm not!" Vash yelled and began to struggle upon seeing the angels get into formation to open the gates together. He had planned to stay calm but this would've been the first time in his entire life that he saw the gates open and upon being confronted with the unknown he couldn't stay quiet. "I'm not corrupted, please!" He yelled holding the child in his arms tighter who had passed out from all the stress a while ago. His wings were in agonizing pain from being held this roughly and his hair was a mess as he looked at the big golden doors open with a tremble, making the ground shake and an icy cold wind get inside. "No need to completely open, we'll just head out and toss him!" One of the powers yelled ignoring Vash's protests while the other hissed dangerously at Vash, his evil-purifying powers almost leaking from within him. "Not inside!" the other warned him and they calmed down.
Vash only gulped as he held the unconscious demon in his arms and watched how he continuously got closer to the door and the opening, the void. Never had he seen anything like it, the gates usually were never opened. They were the only thing to pass an angel through to the outside, the only thing to connect the perfect paradise with the unruly rest of the world, the human realm, the land of the venturing souls and of course, hell. Why did no one believe Vash?! How could he have snuck a demon child inside when there was no way he could've opened the gates?! He didn't understand but had only more questions. How could the celestial realm be so unforgiving towards him, an angel, an inhabitant of eternity?! How could they want to kill a child? Wasn't it just right of him as an angel to act like this?! "Where are you taking me?!" Vash asked once they were outside of the door, standing amidst the grey seemingly infinite void continuously getting further away from the golden doors. Vash could see how they started to close from afar and thus gathered his last bit of strength struggling and moving his wings until he escaped the power's grasp. "Let me go! Let me talk to seraphim!" He growled his face twitching in anger as he tried to fly back towards the gates but because his wings had been heavily damaged he flew nowhere and instead dropped onto the stone hard surface he had thought was just void as well. It looked the exact same, like mist but this was definitely floor since his head thumped painfully and he had had to fall on his back as to protect the child in his arms. "There's no need. We will report to him in your stead. Stop resisting now you sinner, shut up!" The angrier one of the powers hissed and darted down to the floor only to hit Vash on the head with force knocking him unconscious.
