Chapter 9: Here We Go Again

Todoroki Pov
I stood there with my head tilted up a bit as two arms trap me. His forearms were right by my face as I stayed still. Those crimson eyes staring into my soul easily as anger fill them. I could feel the hot breaths coming from him as it hits my skin.

I mange to suppress the blush as I felt the breaths. I tried my best not shudder and fall down to the ground. My inner omega was calling and yearning for him. It's been a while since I felt the urge. Plus this position isn't helping.

Closing my eyes to exhale a breath, I let myself calm down for a second and open my eyes. "What?!" I raised my brow as to why he's mad all of a sudden.

"Tch." Oh gosh. I'm going to melt right now. The air that came from him after the 'tch' fell on my neck. Control yourself Shoto. Exhaling again, I glare at him as he holds his glare.

"Are you gonna answer me? Huh?! Why are you so mad about it?!" I watch as he swallows. Probably holding back swear words.

"Why didn't you tell him that he has one?! He probably thought he doesn't have a dad!" He slightly yelled in my face as his face scrunches in anger as he said those words.

"What was I supposed to say?! Huh?! Oh your father cheated on me that's why he isn't present in your life for eight years!" He takes a look at me and then pulls himself away from me. Confused on what's going in his brain, he puts a hand on his forehead.

"Yes. That's exactly what you should've said." What? He sighs as his hands falls from his face. "What? What do you mean?" A hint of desperation was in my voice because I wanted to know why I should've said that.

"I rather have him know that his dad was a cheater than having him know that he had no dad. I don't want him to not have a dad or think that." I just stare at him looking at the ground. So he wants to be part of Ki's life?

"Plus he should know that his father was pretty pathetic back then." He added. I stare at him more confused. "What do you mean?" He turned to face me with a neutral face.

"I mean, being weak at controlling yourself when some girls intoxicated your brain with her smell when your drunk." He gave a weak small smirk. Though his eyes tells me that he regrets it. I'm so confused. What is he talking abo- My eyes widened as it clicks together. I was wrong for both times it happened.

"Are you sayi-" I was interrupted with my name being called. Eyes widening again, I turn towards the couch. There was my son looking at both us, confused with the pillow in his arms.

"How long were you listening?" Fear was washing over me. I didn't want him to hear this. I gulped as I looked at Bakugo who was looking at Ki. He had this expression on his face, I couldn't tell what it was.

"Uhh..I heard from what dad rather have? I don't really remember but I remember one word. What's a cheater?" I opened my mouth to say something but Bakugo beat me to it.

"It's something your father was. I suggest you not to be one, okay bud?" He gave a small smile to Ki. Ki looked like he was trying to remember it. Once he was remembered it, he gave smile too and nodded his head.

"Alright then. I should be heading out." He started walking towards the door but Ki called for him. He let a hum out. "Can I get a hug?" I looked at Ki being a bit shy from asking. "Sure why not."

He walked towards the couch and kneeled down for Ki. He instantly jumped off the couch and ran into the extended arms. I watch as two pairs of arms wrap around the other.

"I love you dad!" Bakugo chuckled to that. "I love you too. Now don't forget what I said earlier, alright?" They released each other from the hug. Bakugo looked down at Ki with a smile on his face. "Yes! I won't forget!" He giggled as his hair was being ruffled up.

"Bye kiddo." He left Ki's side once he heard a 'bye' and started walking towards me. "But you didn..." I couldn't let a word out once a hand was placed on my face.

"Don't worry about it. You should get some rest not stressing. I'll see you tomorrow at work." I closed my eyes as I was about to leaning into the warm touch but the hand left. When I open them, I see the door closing. I stare at the door in disappointment?

"When are we gonna see dad again?" I turn my glaze to the excited boy. "I don't know" I sighed.

It's been a few days since Ki saw Bakugo. I've been trying to talk to him about it but he would either avoid the topic or ignore me. Both ways he changed or started talking about work.

So today is going to be different. I decided to take a different approach. I can't believe I'm going to do it.

I enter his office without needing to knock. I mean he already knows I don't knock when I enter his office like the others. He looks up at me with a small smile. "Hey." He simply said as he looks back down to his paperwork. We aren't on patrol today. So this will help.

I just let out a hum and walked towards the wooden blinds and close them. "What are you doing?" He looked up to me after hearing the blinds close. I didn't answer, I just made my way towards him.

"Hey. Answer me." His voice and glare was harsh but I ignored that because I was right by him. Here goes nothing I guess.

"What the-" I sat myself on his lap, our bodies almost touching. I place both hands on the side of his now flushed face. I glared at him as his face was burning red.

"Listen up. You're going to come to my apartment after work. And we are going to talk about Akira and stuff. You can't back out of this because if you do I will freeze your dick." My face burned from the embarrassment from both the speech and position I'm in. Meanwhile, His face was shocked.

"Guess I have no choice."
