Arizona Roberts had the perfect life. The perfect boyfriend, perfect family, perfect grades. Until she and her boyfriend went on a road trip and ended up in a tragic car crash. Chase, her boyfriend suffered a minor concussion, while Arizona gets in a coma. No one ever thought she'd wake up again, yet no one was willing to let her go. Living off of machines and being monitored by her doctor was not ideal. Until one day, 3 years after the accident, she wakes up. Everyone's lives had moved on yet she seemed to be frozen it time. Chase had fallen in love with her sister Macy and her and her father died. She found herself putting all her trust in Liam Cassidy, her doctor. Yet she didn't expect to slowly develop feelings for Dr. Cassidy. But little did she know that jealousy was a two way street. Now her sister had her eye on the doctor. As if family drama wasn't enough never knowing if she would walk again was always haunting her. Will she have the will to fight or will she just let go.....
