I woke up, got dressed and went to class, remembering none of it. My body did everything automatically without a protest from my brain. It was too busy thinking about her. About Natalie. I thought about the words she had written. I thought about her face when she waved at me before walking away. But my bestfriend was dating her. They'd gone out more than a few times and every time he'd come back from them talking about how awesome she was. In the back of my mind though, I knew Dre' simply wanted to 'hit' it and Natalie was too smart for that. Surely she'd see right through it. I also knew Dre' was secretly falling for her but I felt an unexplainable attraction.

I had no classes with her today and it was actually quite disappointing. Her smiling face was in my head as I worked that night also. The booth where she sat had been occuppied by couples and singles throughtout the evening, all of them looking like they didnt belong where she had once been. I loved the way she didnt let all the male attention get to her head and the fact that she was modest enough to blush and shy away from compliments.

The tips for the night came in quickly and the time went by swiftly. In all, I obtained $250 in tips for both lastnight and tonight. This job wasnt the best but with the jobs on campus, this was the closest I'd get to the best. In truth, I down-right hated Sushi. What was so good about raw fish and sticky rice, I'd never know.

I locked up and headed upstairs. I contemplated passing by Natalie's room and seeing if she was up to talking. In the end I decided against it and walked down the vacant hallway to my dorm room. A dark figure stood at the left side of my door and I proceeded cautiously.

"Hey, Elliot." It was a small voice. Female. But I didnt recognize it right away. I paused momentarily before walking up to the stranger to get a better look. She moved forward and I noticed exactly who it was. Amy. What did this bitch want?

"Amy", I stated simply. Putting the keys in the key hole, I continued. "Something you wanted?"

Amy faked a hurtful expression. "El, has it really come to this? I thought we got along great." El? I dont know what she was up to but I was irritated. Spinning the door knob, I walked into my darkened room.

"We never "got along great", Amy. We screwed around a few times, you were a good 'wam-bam chick'. That's it." I shrugged for added emphasis.

Amy's face darkened and she scowled before returning to that perky bitch she'd always been. She walked up beside me and grabbed my manly parts. She kissed me hungrily and trailed kisses down my neck. I moaned and I felt her smile, feeling my arousal. "You could never resist me, Elliot." Sexually maybe. I was in need of what she supplied willingly although I knew all too well I shouldnt. 'Screw loyalty right now. I need some', I thought.

Before I knew it, Amy was on her back, as usual and I was situated between her thighs. She screamed softly but other than that made no noises besides her everlasting moans. I felt the sweat beading on my forehead and kept going. Amy did her job down town and left satisfied while I felt disgusted with myself. Rolling over, I pushed it out of my mind and willed myself to fall asleep.

The sun came in through the window and I forced my eyes open, while my body screamed in protest. I was tired and thoughts of the night before rushed back at me like a gunshot and guilt filled me up. I knew that Dre' had really cared about Amy at some point in their long rocky relationship and that they were now off and on. With that knowledge I did chose to have sex with my bestfriend's ex, which made me a horrible person.
