I turned off my alarm and one thought ran threw my head, get up before dad. I get out of bed and walk over to my closet. I grab a black and white long sleeve, black jeans, and some vans. I also grab my beanie and put it on my head. Lastly I add some foundation to hide my both new and old scars.

I ran downstairs and made dad a quick pancakes and orange juice. I grabbed my backpack that had my phone and all of my school supplies including headphones, a razor, extra make up, and an apple. I grabbed my backpack and bolt out the door as my dad comes down stairs.

Finally, I can introduce myself. Hi, I'm Andera Black and 17 years old. I get abused by my dad ever since my mom left when I was 6 years old. Also I have been cutting myself since I was 8 years old. I go to East Star High and have a very small group of friends.

When I walk to school it takes about 35 minutes to get there. So during that I just blare music in my headphones and forget the world. My father only lets me walk to school and the only thing I can have money for is to get an apple for school.

This is my very long and stupid life. I have always wish that my life would just end and I can be free from my abuse father but that never comes. He literally has tools and equipment in the basement that he uses to beat me with like wips and bats.

I get wacked out of my thoughts as my favorite song comes on. Its called Arcade by Duncan Laurence. Its my mind off of all of my life and I just listen to the song singing along as it plays in my ears. Once the song was over I was in front of the school.

I walked into the ground of the school and over to the courtyard where my three best friends are sitting by a tree. I walk over to Riley, Amber, and Victoria. These three and always been my friends since I came to this school. We all have movie days and go out to eat all of the time. ''Hey guys,'' I said sitting next to Riley and side hugging her. ''Hey girl,'' they all said in unison.

Suddenly Alec, Xavier, Liam and Oscar walked over to us and sat down in front of us and facing us. You see, Alec is Amber's twin and Liam, Xavier, and Oscar are his group or his BFF's. So usually were all hanging out because of us all being over at Amber's house.

''So you guys want to have a movie night at my place and maybe a sleepover?'' Victoria asked looking up from her sketch book. ''Sure Viv'' I said texting my dad saying that I'm going to be studying at a friend's house and sleeping over. He almost did an immediate respond calling me a slut and saying that I'm sleeping around with some guy. I just rolled my eyes trying to hold back tears.

As I looked up everyone else already agreed to come over. When we have sleepovers anywhere we always have the boys sleep in the living room and the girls sleep in the girl's room. Unless we go over to Amber's house the boys stay in Alex's room because they are twins like I said before. We heard the bell rang and got up from the grass. I had my first my class aka history with Riley.

Ok so what do you all think of my new book? I know I usually do a lot more happier content but I felt like changing it. Also I will soon do my other book it's just I haven't gotten a chance. Anywho hoped you like this chapter and I'll update soon.
