Nayeon is on her way to visit her father in prison. She really doesn't want to see him but she has no choice but to side with him for now. The company is in her hands and it's in danger. If something happens to the company, it'll be all her fault. And right now the company is doing very bad. ImTech is losing a lot of money and investors due to Jin and her father going to prison.
"I'm guessing Jinyoung came to talk to you?" Mr. Im sat down in front of Nayeon.
"Yeah, he told me that you asked me to come."
"And since you're here I'm guessing that Y/N didn't agree on selling the shares?" He chuckled and Nayeon just nodded.
"I have a plan in mind but you might not like it."
"If it involves those pictures, then don't even mind." Nayeon informed and the man got taken aback. How does she know about those?
"I know you have pictures of me and Y/N and that you threatened her to release those. If that's still your plan then get it out of your head. She and I are already over. This won't make her sell her shares to me."
"That's why I adjusted the plan my daughter." He knows that his previous plan won't work.
"Don't call me that." Nayeon hates to be his daughter. Who would want to be the daughter of a murderer anyways?
"Okay, okay. Just hear me out. Release those pictures and tell everyone that she forced you to be with her sexually. Tell the press that she used you to her advantage just to get to me."
"W-what?" Nayeon furrowed her eyebrows. This man can't be serious. "So you want me to lie?"
"It's not lying. She did use you to get to me, didn't she?"
"But she never forced me to anything, especially not in a sexual way." In fact Y/N was always thoughtful when it came to Nayeon.
"Okay, then it's just a small lie." He laughed.
"How will this even get me back our shares?"
"Once this news comes out, people are going to start to hate her. Her stock prices and reputation will be in danger. Having our shares will only make it worse so she won't have a choice but to sell them. We just need to make everyone think that she forced you to be with her."
"I can't do that." Nayeon shook her head. Y/N might have hurt her, but this is too much. Y/N doesn't deserve something this cruel.
"Don't be stupid, Nayeon-ah. Put your feelings aside for once and listen to me. That girl never cared for you. She used you to get revenge and she succeeded. She hurt you and she's going to hurt you even more in the future by taking your CEO position away from you. Do you want that to happen?"
"Of course I don't want that to happen, but this is too much. Is there no other way?" There has to be another way right?
"There might be, but we don't have any time to think about something else. I'm pretty sure she's going to strike soon. You need to take her down before she takes YOU down." He emphasized.
"What if she's not planning to take over ImTech?" Nayeon questioned. A small part of her actually believes that Y/N wouldn't do such a thing, but then again she feels like she doesn't know Y/N at all.
"You can't be serious." He started to laugh. "She literally admitted that that was her plan and I'm pretty sure it still is. That girl is dangerous, Nayeon-ah. She's too smart and powerful. And she's very good at lying and manipulating as well. Don't let her get to you. You need to strike now."
"I-I'll think about it." She said weakly. She doesn't want to do this to Y/N. She needs to find another way.
"Jinyoung will help you. You two should also pretend to be in a relationship once the news comes out."
