Megaman: The Rebound Saga

The Dismay

"MEGAMAN!"

"YEAH, I KNOW!!!" the popular blue net navi responed. His newly aquired skills and speed had gained him the title of the blue God. Him and Lan had saved the world at least five times over defeating the evil Dr. Willy, Bass, and the WWW. Now they were happily living their lives married to Mayl and Roll, and living with teir ten year old son, Patch. That is, until today.

The battle had originally started on the net. Lan, the head of his father's research department, entered the N1-101, a championship for worldwide netbattlers. Lan and megaman had made it to the finals, when the battle started, Shiz Went Down.

"Battle Chip, Loudspeaker!", Lan Shouted. Two digitized loud speakers formed on megaman's shoulder's.

"Loudspeaker!" Megaman called. The two speakers projected giant sound waves at the opposing navi, who slowly raised its hand, and gently flicked back the first  attack. Otherwise, he stood exactly still.

Megaman rotated the speakers 180 degrees backwards, "Lets Go!" he yelled as he propelled himself with the force of the soundwaves. The opposing navi sidestepped, but megaman was prepared. Rotating a speaker at 90 degrees, he ended up behind the navi. "Lan! Now!"

"Gladly", Lan Responded, "Battle Chip, Tank Cannon!" Megaman's arm changed form into a gun, the size of his torso, and shot. The point blank range couldn't be dodged, it was game over, or so they thought.

"Balance Clap," The oposing navi placed both hands together, an arc of light and darkness emminated from his hands, pushing megaman back faster than he appeared.

Megaman, Lan, The Crowd at the arena, even the viewers in their home were astonished. The move that was a one hit knock out on all the other contestants was promptly stopped. after a solid five minutes of silence, the crowd slowly started to cheer.

"YES!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!! NOW THIS IS A TRUE BATTLE!!!!!!! THIS, IS GONNA BE FUUUUUUUUUUN!!!!!!!!" They screamed.

Every one watching the battle was hyper about the fact that this battle was'nt one sided, everyone but Lan and Megaman.

"Megaman, who is this guy? Both the navi and the operator are all too strong," Lan said in dismay.

"I dont know Lan, but if he was able to defeat the combination that we used to take down Bass, he cant be a normal navi." megaman replied. It was true. The duo had beated their biggest threat, and their biggest rival, Bass with that move. But for a navi to break through it so asily, something must be wrong.
