Tommy was a boy, probably around 12. He loved to play his Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). He was addicted to the thing. He was kind of like Lucas from the movie "The Wizard", with his "Power Glove" and his HUGE shelf of game cartridges. He would play his NES day and night. When he had friends over, they would play. After his homework, he would play. After he ate, after he took a shit, he would play, play, and play. One day, after school, he and his friend, James, were walking home and noticed a man, an old man, sitting in front of his trailer. He would just sit there. They just looked at him and kept walking. Except for Tommy. He just looked at the box that was sitting next to the old man. It said, "NES Games". Tommy crossed the road and ran to it. The man and tommy had a conversation and talked about the box. The old man gave Tommy permission to take a look at the games. Tom looked and asked, "What is this blank one?" The man just shrugged and gave the game to him for free since it was a mystery game. So, Tommy and James ran to Tommy's house. James put the game in the console and turned it on. It was a game that that have never saw before. It was called "Die While Playing". It was a little glitchy. Tommy took it out and cleaned it. It turns out that the game was glitchy itself. But they pressed START and started playing. You played as a kid walking around a town. It was quiet. The only house you can enter was a creepy old house that had blood on it. When you entered, the music was playing backwards and it was really loud. When Tommy turned the TV down, it was still loud. But they were home alone so they just left it. So, when you go upstairs, you see a crying girl in a corner. They approached it and then the game froze. They reset it and tried again. This time, they went somewhere else. They went up to this one guy who was sitting in front of a trailer. Then, the boys looked closer at the man, and noticed that the man in the game looked an awful like the man that gave them the game. They were frightened. Then, there was text above the pixelated old man. He said, "I hope you enjoyed this game, Tommy and James!!!" They immediately took out the game and ran out of the house. They ran back to the area where the man was. The trailer was gone, and the man was gone. James asked a nearby person where the trailer and old man went. He didn't know what they were talking about. As if, the man was never there to begin with.
