Chapter Four

'Max!!!! No' I jolt forward to try and reach him but I am stopped by the hands of one the warriors.
'Now if you value your friends life's babe let get out of here, take the human just in case Tia decide to play us up.' Matthew says with a smile, while pointing his fingers at the others in the room.
'If I come with you quietly Matthew and not kick up, you let her go. It's me you want not her.' Lily looks at me shocked I just shake my head.
'Aww Tia playing the hero, fine I'll let her go as soon as we are in the forest and no one expects a thing, the moment someone does I'll let my warriors destroy this whole pack.' I nod in agreement with him. I can't risk Lily kicking off and getting hurt she maybe my one chance to get help, I need her to raise the alarm and explain what's happened, max life also depends on her not causing a scene. I give Lily one last pleading look, she nods and walks between two of the warriors.
Slowly I walk through the Alpha's house taking everything in just because I don't know if I will ever be back here, I look at the pictures of Alex and regret comes over me, I should of let him have our pictures done so he and our child had something of me, something to remember by tears come to my eyes. Before I know it we are walking through the pack lands and towards the forest, I smile to myself I can still smell his scent right up to the forest it gives me comfort smelling him. We get to the gates and the guards wave us through, I wave back with a fake smile on my face and pray they ain't hurt for not realising something is wrong. I desperately try to think of a way out of this but I can't. If I run Lily, Max, and the pack are hurt it's all my fault. I rub my stomach, I'll do my best to protect this little one I swear to the moon goddess, I look up at the sky and plead with the moon goddess to help me somehow. Matthew looks at me with a big smile on his face.
'Ok I got you out of the pack lands let Lily go here' Matthew smile grows bigger.
'Oh, of course it was part of our agreement'
He lets Lily go and push her over. She lays on the floor.
'Lily?? Let me go, let me check she's ok, please.' Matthew grabs my right arm so I can't get to her.
'No Tia time to go, you checking her wasn't part of the deal' he wraps his arms around me, I feel physically sick.
'Let's get you back home my love, and thank you my warriors for all your help in retrieving my Luna he says with a laugh. What happened to my Matthew, my friend, I know if he was here this wont be happening.
