So just to catch you guys up if your lost here is a small-ish recap and some things that I didn't put in to help you catch up:
Now that you had some time off from the zoo you went home again but realized that it wasn't very easy to go from the Los Angeles flat (that's were you live when your working at the zoo) to London (Tom's family house) so decided to talk to the Holland Brothers' parents so Dom and Nikki.
You, Nikki and Dom talk and decide that it would be best to just move to LA so you looked for a flat. When you were looking for a flat you found a house that was much better but Nikki, Dom and Tom paid for it instead of you. Now when you move in you'll be living 2 houses up from the zoo and will be living in the house from part 8 (I think it was that part). When you are living there it will be:
