Clay's POV:
"Hey guys." I say to my students as I walk into the class. It's a Friday and I'm ready for the day to be over. I get a few 'hey' back.

Today is 8 years since Hannah's death. I feel like breaking down but I refuse to. I have kids to teach. It doesn't help that I'm teaching in my old school. The school Hannah went to.

"Hey sir, you okay." I am pulled out of my thoughts by one of the students in my class. I shake my head to get rid of my thoughts.

"Yes. I'm fine. Now let's start the lesson." My voice cracks a bit but I ignore it.

"Okay, so I'm going to hand out a worksheet. The worksheet has 10 questions on what we have learnt this week. Any questions, ask me. No talking to one another. Understood?" I say this as I hand out the sheets.

I hear a few people say 'yes sir.' Just as I turn around to go back to the front of the class I stop. Standing right in front of me. She has that haunted look in her eyes that makes me shake.

"You killed me Clay. You let me die. It's been 8 years and you have done nothing to help me." She says it with so much anger.

"No. No, I tried. If I would have known you were hurting I would've helped. I would have saved you. Please Hannah." By now I am crying violently and have forgotten everything around me.

Suddenly Hannah disappears and I see the person I never thought I'd see again. My best friend. Tony Padilla.
Then I fall and everything turns black.

Tony's POV:
I am walking the halls of my old high school. The reason for this is I'm visiting my best friend. Clay Jenson. That's right, he teaches at our old high school. The thing is, today is 8 years since Hannah's death and I want to see how he is doing.

Here I am. Stood outside his classroom door. Just as I'm about to open the door, it flies open and someone crashes into me. I steady us both before looking to see who it was. It was a young lad. Looks about 16.

"Hey, you okay?" I ask.

"Yes I'm fine." They look panicked.

"Is Mr Jenson here?" I ask knowing they won't know who I'm on about if I use his first name.

Just as he is about to answer there is a shout from the class. "Josh what are you doing? Go get help!" A young girl shouts this.

"Wait what's happening?" I say as I walk into the classroom. The lad, who I am assuming is Josh, follows me.

"Our teacher is crying. He kept saying please Hannah. We don't know what to do." The girl says quickly.

I look to the middle of the class and Clay is stood there crying violently. Shit.

I run over to him and stand in his eye view.

"C'mon Clay. Your okay. She isn't here anymore." I say calmly.

After about five minutes he finally speaks.

"Tony." He whispers.

"That's right Clay. I'm here." I can see his students watching us.

"I killed Hannah Baker." He says sobbing quietly.

Before I can deny what he said he falls and goes unconscious. I catch him and slowly lay him on the floor.

"Uh who are you?" One of the teens ask. I look up at them.

"I'm Tony. Your teachers best friend." I put my fingers under Clay's chin to check he is breathing. He is.

"What just happened." Josh asks. I sigh before looking at them again. They still look panicked.

"Relax. He is ok. 8 years ago today our friend Hannah Baker killed herself. I won't say to much hut it has left him with lots of mental health issues.  Sometimes he sees her and has panic attacks. I'm guessing that's what happened here. It doesn't help that this is the same high school we all went. He should wake up soon." I explained while stroking Clay's hair.

Everyone nods slowly. "He did seem a bit off when he come into the class earlier." The same girl from earlier.

I just hum in response. "W-what happened?"

I look down to see Clay looking at all the students.

"Clay. You had a panic attack. Don't worry everything's okay but you did fall unconscious." I say.

He sits up with my help. He looks at the clock before looking back at the students. "Right. Class dismissed. Also do not say a word of this to anyone or you have detention for a week. Tell the head I was sick so I went home. Enjoy your weekend." He says that and they all leave.

"Did you take your meds today?" I ask not sure if he still needs them.

"No I don't use them anymore but I might need them again." He says with a sigh.

I mutter an 'ok' before pulling his into a hug. "Let's get you home then." I say before we stand up and leave the room.
