Nearly 5 years later
(Picture is April. Yes, it's Mia Talerico from good luck Charlie)
Riley's P.O.V
It's been just over four years since I gave birth to my little baby girl, April. I can't believe she's already 4.
She has some speech problems so still talks as if she's around 3.
Nash was there when she was born but I had to come back to England. The contact just stopped between us. It's sad really. I want my little girl to have a dad, her dad.
I'm currently sat outside the headteachers office of her nursery.
I was called in and I followed the T.A into the office. April was sat, pouting, with her arms crossed I could see she'd been crying.
Her, usually, friend Katy was sat holding an ice pack to the side of her face. I sighed and gave April a disappointed look.
"What happened April?" I frowned at her.
"April smacked Katy on the face and they were shouting at each other" the headteacher explained.
I gave her a questioning look.
"She said that no one wants me because my daddy doesn't want me" as she was talking I couldn't help but notice how much she looks like Nash. She started crying. I went and crouched down next to the tiny chair she was sat on.
"It wasn't a very nice thing for Katy to say but that doesn't mean you can hit her, okay? Say sorry" I put a loose strand of hair behind her ear.
She turned to the other crying little girl.
"I'm sowwy" they hugged and Katy was sent back to her lesson.
I picked April up and walked to the main reception.
"Mummy, I want to go home" April panted whilst sobbing.
I looked at the receptionist who gave me a sympathetic look.
"I'll sign you out sweetie" I stroked her back. She had her head in the crook of my neck.
She's really skinny as well. She weighs nothing.
I signed her out and started walking to my car. I have a nice car and a nice, big apartment. I'm so lucky for all my fans. Youtube pays enough for me to live a nice life.
I buckled her into her car seat because she still needs one, due to her being so small.
I shut her door and got in the drivers seat.
"Mummy, why can't I see daddy? All my friends have daddy's!" She asked in the cutest baby voice I've EVER heard.
Other than when she was born, she has met Nash and all the boys and girls. Only once though. She was 2. We went over for her birthday. She hasn't stopped asking to go and see him since.
"Baby, I'll see what I can do, okay?" I frowned to myself.
"Otay" she looked out her window. I could tell by her voice she was sad. That makes me sad.
Great, it started chucking it down. (Raining)
We ran threw the apartment carpark to the apartment building.
I had her school bag in one hand and my other arm was holding her. She had her head on my shoulder and she was sucking her thumb.
We entered the apartment and were immediately attacked by our 3 year Labrador that I got on Aprils 1st birthday. Our dog, cocoa, is a chocolate brown puppy and she got her name from April.
