Into U.A.

I sighed and walked into class. This was it, my first day as a transfer student at freaking U.A. high school. The classroom was crazy, everyone yelling and screaming and cursing.

"Hey, what's up?" I shouted over the screaming.

The class shut up. One kid that looked like a Pomeranian took an awkward look at me before shouting again.

"Who the hell are you?!" Pomeranian kid shouted.

"Uh..." I said, "I'm Rex, Denki's cousin." Denki then waved his hand at me. I shyly waved back. "Anyways, what's up with you, Pomeranian?"

The entire class gasped, and several people were waving their hands in a fashion that told me I did something wrong.

"What did you say, Extra?" The Pomeranian growled, getting out of his seat and walking up to me.

I steeled my resolve. "I was just pointing out how you look like you have a Pomeranian on your head. That's all." He was taken aback by either my courage or my stupidity. Or my sudden change in attitude.

Denki then got out of his seat and came up to me. "Let's get you to your seat. Bakugou is a bit aggressive." He said, bringing me to an empty desk at the end of the class.

"You're lucky Dunce Face is protecting you." I heard Bakugou mumble.

"So... so what's going on?" I asked Denki.

"Nothing really. Mr. Aizawa doesn't really care what we do right now." He responded. "Hey, did you pick your hero's name?" He then asked.

"Yup. Iron Jaw. Simple, easy, and it matches my power a bit." I responded. "What about you?"

"Nice. Mine's Chargebolt. It took a bit of thinking." He responded. "I have to head back to my seat. I'll talk later."

"Bye." I said, holding my hand up for a second before putting it back down.

Several of the other students were looking at me with curious faces. There was Jiro (Denki had told me about his crush), a tall girl with a ponytail, a pink girl with antennae, and a short green haired boy.

"Your wings are huge! How do you fit through doors without hitting them on stuff?" The pink girl asked.

I simply retracted my wings back into my body. They weren't permanent attachments. Just a part of my quirk.

"Whoa!" They all exclaimed.

"I have two quirks," I explained, "A transformation quirk and an absorption quirk. The doctors back in Australia called my quirk 'Prehistoric' because I can gain and mix the traits of any fossilized creatures I've seen. I need to absorb a lot of mass to turn into the larger creatures, which is why I absorbed a lot of stuff early in life. Another fact: all fossils I've seen so far have been dinosaurs with their own quirks. It's actually really useful."

The green haired kid was muttering and writing stuff down in his notebooks. The tall girl said, "That must be a really powerful ability! Can you release what you've absorbed?"

"Ask Denki. I once accidentally threw a refrigerator at him when he was visiting." I responded, smirking.

They all gasped in surprise. Then, I saw where the teacher was. He was asleep in his sleeping bag at the front of the class. I recognized him as Eraser Head, the only person who could neutralize my quirk.

Class for the rest of the day was rather uneventful compared to what I'm used to. I learned the names of the people that had talked to me. The green haired kid was Midoriya, the tall girl was Momo, and the pink haired girl was Mina.
