Come on...
Why is it that everything else in this world is so immediate, yet test results take seemingly forever? Its a simple yes or no, Rumple will be home soon..
I couldn't sit still, my entire day has ridden on waiting to take this test. Just tell me something..it's better than nothing at all..
I'd kept the life-defining thing in my purse all day, I even had someone buy it for me, couldn't chance Rumple getting a hint of anything..
Such a simple looking thing, a stick with plastic surrounding its most awaited answer, positive or negative. My shift had ended, but I claimed to be cleaning up a few extra books, though in all reality I awaited news that this mysterious white and blue stick could bring.
My phone buzzed.
- Meet at Granny's for dinner?
As long as we're together I could care less where we eat. Plus I could talk with Ruby and that was always a delight. She was definitely the light of the diner's staff, her hair was losing the red streaks and her natural brown was coming back, but we would always tease the thought of her being full redhead. She despised the idea and I truly couldn't see my wolf as a redhead..I think she may have had enough with red things on her head..
Rumple's PoV

Mrs.Gold..oh how it rolled off my tongue with the most pleasant of tastes, Belle French Gold. And she chose me..all of me..
I was in my usual suit and tie, I had a reputation to uphold and I loved giving Belle a classy man to come home to. Classy? Really Gold? You're anything but a gentleman..
Not with my Belle, for her I would be on my best behavior, I could be good for her. And I planned to keep her in my life for quite the time to come..

I had to double take on this result, I'm..pregnant? Really, truly, and positively pregnant..a baby Gold..a little boy or girl to call mine and Rumple's child..
I fought the urge to tell him immediately, Ruby might be able to catch on quickly, her and her wolf senses were keener than usual and no doubt a pregnant me will be different to her "radar". I should give her a heads up not to say anything..
-Hey Rubes, something is new, don't drop too many hints yet, Rum doesn't know, I'll tell him after dinner..
