" you shouldn't have drunk last night," Harumi said.
"wait, I was drunk!?!" Yuzu said as her eyes widened.
"well yes, you've been saying something about mei's grandfather," Harumi said giggling.
"I've gotta go home(to her apartment)" Yuzu said.
Yuzu grabbed her stuff, put on her jacket, and took a cab(grab, taxi, car) to her apartment.
she arrived, she quickly grabbed the phone and called Mitsuha's number. "ugh, what the heck is the number again" Yuzu said as she tries to recall what the number is.
"Hello?" someone from the telephone said.
"Hey, is Mitsuha there" Yuzu said.
"huh, I don know who Mitsuha is." The voice from the telephone said.
"Oops, the wrong number," Yuzu said as she puts down the phone.
Yuzu then again thinks of that number, 'ooh I've got it' Yuzu thought.
"Hello?" the girl who answered the telephone said.
"hey, is Mitsuha there" Yuzu said.
"Mom! someone's calling." The girl said.
's-she has a daughter?!'
"h-hello? who's this?" Mitsuha said.
"We need to talk," Yuzu said.
"w-who's speaking," Mitsuha said.
"I'm the girl who returned your wallet, I'll come over to your place." Yuzu said bravely.
TIME SKIP
Yuzu went to the address, She rang the doorbell and Mitsuha came to open the gate.
"come in," Mitsuha said as they walked inside.
"now, what is it that you want to talk about?" Mitsuha said.
"Your grandfather." Yuzu said.
" what about him?" Mitsuha said.
" He's also Mei's grandfather." Yuzu said.
" I- are you sure?" Mitsuha said.
"yes... I am" Yuzu said.
"oh shoot, grandpa, will arrive soon," Mitsuha said.
"Don't worry I'll be leaving" Yuzu said as she stood up.
TIME SKIP
The next day Yuzu arrived at her apartment after school and didn't expect to see Mitsuha standing beside the door.
"we're talking about stuff right?" Mitsuha said.
"h-how did you know my -" Yuzu said. Mitsuha cuts off.
" well, I asked a bodyguard to follow you so you can go home safe," Mitsuha said.
"why would you do that?" Yuzu said.
"well, my grandfather I don't know what's up with him when I talk to someone he doesn't know," Mitsuha said.
Yuzu signaled for Mitsuha to have a seat.
"you stay here I'll get you something to drink," Yuzu said. walking over to the kitchen.
'what does she mean by saying her grandfather doesn't like her talking to people he doesn't know.' Yuzu thought. then she heard something fell.
"is everything oka-" Yuzu said and stopped when she saw Mitsuha tearing up and had the picture with its frame on the floor.
"Are you okay?!" Yuzu said worriedly.
"s-she looks exactly like me," Mitsuha said.
Yuzu grabbed the photo and saw what Mitsuha was looking at.

Yuzu also started tearing up. "I wish you were here," Yuzu said sobbing looking up.
Mitsuha hugged Yuzu
"I just want to see you again Mei," Yuzu said, crying even harder.
" hey, I understand what your going through, I lost my mom too, and I felt like I haven't got to know her, I also haven't seen my dad since I can remember," Mitsuha said.
"I'm going to Mei's grave you wanna come?" Yuzu said.
"sure," Mitsuha responded.
TIME SKIP
Yuzu bent down to her knees.
"hello Mei, I brought a friend, she kinda looks like you," Yuzu said,
Yuzu got up and Mitsuha approached Mei's grave and did the exact thing Mei did in Yuzu's father's grave.

Mitsuha stood up.
"can you bring me to your home?" Mitsuha said.
"w-why," Yuzu said.
"I want to meet your parents," Mitsuha said.
"but your grandfather-" Yuzu said Mitsuha cuts off.
"Let him be," Mitsuha said.
"What about your daughter?" Yuzu said.
"M-my daughter?"Mitsuha said.
"yes, your daughter..." Yuzu said.
"I don't have a daughter," Mitsuha said.
"Then whose-" Yuzu said. Mitsuha cuts off.
"Hina? she isn't my daughter, she's my twin brother's daughter, when her mom passes away she was like just 3 months old so she grew up calling me, mom," Mitsuha said.
